Is it safe to eat Bocconcini cheese when pregnant?
I got the answer to this question from the website for Food Standards Australia and New Zealand. I recommend using the information provided by them for any other questions you may have about what is safe/unsafe to eat whilst pregnant.

Soft Italian style cheeses
Mozzarella, Provolone, Cacioccvallo, Bocconcini , Scamorze
The heat treatment (typically 71-88°C ) given to these cheeses is sufficient to inactivate any Listeria present, however opportunities exist for post processing contamination.
In general these cheeses are safe to consume by at risk groups if purchased pre packaged. Avoid these cheeses if purchased at a delicatessen counter.
Agree with the comments above.
It is not recommended to eat unpastuerised cheeses while you are pregnant. With any soft cheese, including Brie, Camembert and Ricotta, there is a minor risk of Listeria infection when consumed. Bocconcini, however is heated to over 80 degrees in manufacturing which means it is much safer than soft cheeses.
If you are pregnant, it is much safer to consume soft cheeses if they are cooked and served hot (as this kills any bacteria in the cheese).

Why do people in holland love cheese?
Yes they do, it could almost be considered a "staple" in any Dutch household.
there are many different varieties, from very young to the more robust flavours, it is eaten in the morning with a bun, or at lunch, where a couple of slices of Gouda or Edam would not go amiss! yum!! The Dutch eat so much of it that they are nicknamed "kaaskoppen" (cheeseheads) by their Belgian (Flemish) neighbors and others, perhaps on account of their predominantly fair (blond) hair whose color corresponds to that of most cheeses, i.e. yellow. Cheese is often eaten with a dollop of mustard, the spiciest variety being Zaanse Mosterd.
The best cheese is from which country?
I believe Swiss cheeses along with French and Italian cheeses are the best in comparison to other regions or countries. All three have a huge variety of different cheeses with various textures and tastes. While other countries like Greece (Feta cheese) or Holland(Tillsiter, etc...) also have very refined cheeses, no other countries except Switzerland, France, and Italy have as many types that are known and appreciated worldwide. In the end it is a question of preference but one cannot deny that all three countries mentioned above are one of the best if not the best.

How can canned nacho cheese sauce be preserved once opened?
About 2 years.
Look on the jar or can, there should be an expiration date. Many people don't realize that canned/jarred foods have an expiration date on them. Even foods such as canned vegetables, evaporated milk, etc. have expiration dates on them.
Also, always check the can for signs of bulging, especially on tomato products. If there is even the slightest sign of bulging, THROW IT OUT! Botulism is the most dangerous form of food poisoning there is, and is more common with tomato products.
