If the air is still blowing, but feels reduced when the condensation is built up, then it is probably just being bogged down by water accumulating in the blower motor. Try clearing out the drain and checking the blower when all of the water has been removed; this should help you diagnose the blower problem better.

should not always be 30 psi, i have 14 in tires that take 60 psi. most this size take between 30 and 44 though. the tire itself will tell you. it will say (_ max psi) on the outside of the tire around where the white wall would be.
