Where is iterative deepening search worse than depth-first?
Iterative deepening will preform much worse than depth first when the desired nodes show up early in pre-order traversal of the graph. This means that on most diagrams the desired nodes would be in the bottom left. Depth first will find these almost immediately however iterative deepening will be forced to expand all nodes above the desired level first, significantly slowing down the find time.
Where can you get a video card installed?
Depending on the make of your motherboard, and age of it. It could go in: ISA Slot (oldest) PCI Slot (old) AGP Slot (newer) PCIe (newest and recommended)
Now the AGP (Advanced Graphics Port [or something like that]) had a couple variations through its life-cycle "x2 x4 x8"
and the sub-families of PCIe:
"x16 x8 x4 x2 x1"
Can you add another 128MB ram in the system along with the existing 512MB ram?
Yes, undoubtedly, we can add another 128MB RAM in the system along with the existing 512MB RAM. But u have to care full about one thing, that is The "Frequency" will b same of both Ram....dis match frequency will b harmful for ur computer....
Your PC will work better and easily.

How do you check smps not working?
HI This Is Adil,
We can check it out in different ways.. but i know only two ways...
1. while strating up the system press the "num lock KEY" check wether its running or not then .. if its not working then its shows that SMPS is not working.
2. By removing all the connections from the motherboard and by keeping the copperwire on the 13th and 14th block (or) green and black coloured blocks, keep the wire in it if fan is running then the smps is in good condition...
keep one night with out power and then use it...
Is 30 megs the same as 30 mbps?
"Megs" or Megabytes are a measurement of storage. "MBPS" or Megabits per second are a measurement of bandwidth. Storage measurements only measure how much space a file may take up, or how much space is left on disk. Bandwidth measures how quickly data can transfer to/from one place to another, whether that be from a hard drive to RAM, or from one computer to another.
Megabits per second does NOT equal Megabytes per second. Bits and bytes are different sized units of measurement.
8 bits = 1 byte
1024 bytes = 1 kilobyte
1024 kilobytes = 1 megabyte
1024 megabytes = 1 gigabyte
1024 gigabytes = 1 terabyte
Since bandwidth is measured in bits, the measurements are more like that
1024 bits = 1 kilobit
1024 kilobits = 1 megabit
1024 megabits = 1 gigabit
Therefore to compare 30 megabits to 30 megabytes, we can do a simple equation to find out the megabytes you can expect to transfer per second.
30 megabits = 31457280 bits
31457280 / 8 = 3932160 bytes
( 3932160 bytes / 1024 ) / 1024 = 3.75 megabytes per second.
Which can be simplified by simply dividing our megabits by 8.
What windows operating systems support Universal Serial Bus?

What does 14 MB of memory mean?
The capacity of memory in megabytes (MB) indicates the maximum amount of data that can be stored (less some space for the card's own use).
Megapixel (MP) count refers to the maximum resolution of the camera's sensor -- its ability to record detail. The number of images that can be recorded on a card of a given size is only indirectly related to the capacity of the card, which is measured in Kilobytes (KB) or Megabytes (MB), not MP. That will vary according to the image itself, and to the camera's settings.
For example: My Pentax K10D, with a 10.1 MP sensor and using a 4 GB card, will record approximately 821 images at the highest resolution (10 MP) and a "Fine" resolution setting. The same camera, with the same sensor and same card, will record 10,000-plus images at the lowest resolution (2 MP) and the "Low" resolution setting. Practically all cameras have this ability to change the resolution settings, and thus the sizes of the image files that are stored on the card.
So, you can see that it is only possible to answer your question in very general terms: The higher the capacity of the card, the more images you can store at whatever camera settings. And, as you can see above, even at the highest settings with a high MP count, you can take a lot of pictures!
One thing to think about: storage cards can and do fail. It is better to have two 1 GB cards than one 2 GB card, unless you plan to shoot a whole lot of video. That way if one fails, you can keep shooting and worry about retrieving the images off the other card later.
Why the colling fan on a maxima 97 always stay on?

What does degauss do for your computer?
It doesn't do anything for the actual computer, it just works on the monitor screen. It's the electronic version of turning an Etch-a-Sketch upside down and shaking it. My guess is you have a pretty old monitor if it has the degauss button.

Where is the bios reset jumper?
The clear CMOS jumper, is usually located near the round battery in your motherboard. Look for a jumper called JP1, as this is the one you need to alter.
I can't tell you exactly where it is on your board, as it differs from board to board.
The best thing to do, is to check your manual, or go to the motherboards manufacturers website, and download the manual from there if you get stuck. (Where the white pci slots are located on your board, it's usually found stamped in between the slots, it will say something like Asus A7v of similar, from here you can google it.
If you don't happen to know your manufacturer, download a program called belarc advisor (its free), install and run this, and it will tell you everything you need to know about your pc.
Top right hand corner of the screen it tells you the boards manufacturer, and board number.
Hope this helps
Be safe
