How can you connect your laptop with the broken screen to your lcd tv?
To connect laptop to TV all you need is an s-video cable. You can get them at dollar stores. On most laptops, there is a plug that looks like where you would plug in a mouse on a desktop PC. On the TV you will find the same plug, its commonly used to connect DVD players. Some TVs will not have them though. In case you don't, then check if you are able to connect thru VGA, DVI or HDMI ports, its all deepens on the type of laptop and tv you have.
If you decide to bring your laptop back to life, then I suggest you to replace the whole screen. The typical cost of repair in the North America would be around $100 - $150 all based on the model of your notebook.
Check the related link to find the part, as well as instructions on how to replace the lcd using your own labor. My Best.
Also... sometimes it is the backlight not the screen that has failed, if you have a dim picture, it could be a failed backlight. The replacement screen must have exactly the same backlight type as the original (old) screen. Currently there are 2 major types of backlight for notebook LCD screens:
1. CCFL (Cold cathode fluorescent lamp)
a) 1-CCFL - contains 1 bulb
b) 2-CCFL - contains 2 bulbs
2. LED (Light emitting diode)
The CCFL backlight screens always need a high voltage inverter to power the bulb inside the screen. The LED screens use light emitting diodes to light up the screen. Most of the LED screens today require an inverter as well and the inverters of the two types are completely different. Inverters of the LED screens are attached to the bottom of the screen. One CCFL (also known as "single backlight") - has been and still is the most popular backlight type in laptop screens. The screen contains one bulb to light it up and has a pair of wires at the bottom finished with one white inverter connector that plugs into inverter board.
I dont know how to do it. Is there anyone who can answer this question....
How can you correct computer screen problems?
It depends on the problem. Could be corrected by going to Control Panel, Display Options and making the corrections. It may be because the monitor is going bad or a magnetic fied is interfering with the displayMaybe a setting on the monitor itself needs to be changed. It could be a bad cable connection. There's no one fix for everything. Not even just replacing the monitor because the monitor might not be the problem.
What make a crt monitor to fade out?
When the get old, that just happens, and I don't know of any way to fix it permanently.
I know this sounds terrible, but the only way I can get them to brighten for a while is to whack (not to hard) the top or right side of the CRT.
***DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK!!*** (and the crt's)
What are the things to be monitored on a network?
Each device will have different requirements, and even then, you'll need to decide what you want to monitor and why. Are you interested in disk space? CPU utilization? Do you want to make sure that a certain application or service is running on a device? The more complex network monitoring solutions can do just that, and anything else your mind can dream up.

CRT screens are coated with which material?
The screen is coated in phosphorous.
Sneighke:
That is completely false. CRTs depend on phosphors. Three differing ones. Red, green, and blue.
Though phosphorus is an element used, it's not what "screens are coated with".
As far as I know, you CAN'T. While some LCD monitors do have a tv tuner and can process the data coming from the satelite receiver...most can't. If you are in the market for an lcd screen and want to make dual use of it, look for one that includes a component (R, Yb, G) input in addition to the standard VGA connection. You can however, use any monitor be it LCD or CRT as a tv if you have something like an AverMedia tv tuner (stand-alone tv tuner that will decode tv signal from your satellite box). There are some LCD monitors that do have multiple inputs, and are meant to be used as computer monitors as well as TVs. Good luck
