Is a ammeter connected in series or in parallel with the circuit under test?

An ammeter is connected in series. A voltmeter is connected in parallel.

ammeter should always be connected in series instead of parallel becoz it is a low resistance device and we know that resistance is inversly proportional to current so more current will pass through it and if it is connected in parallel than it may get damaged

My thoughts are that it's the citric acid used in sodas today. Not sure, but I don't think that sugars and colorings have much to do with it.

How much actual power does a 1KA transformer provide?

The kVA represents the power-handling capability of the transformer. So, if you were using a 1 kVA transformer at 110 volts, you could roughly estimate the maximum output to be 9 amps.

Which color printers are the most economical?

The cost of ink is the greatest expense when it comes to using printers. Many printers--especially inkjets--are priced very low, but you may find that replacing the ink cartridges costs as much as the printer itself. In addition, many printers are not built for heavy use over a period of time. You may spend money on new cartridges only to find that your printer has reached the end of its useful life. You can often save by buying ink from alternative sources or by refilling your cartridges. However, many printers will not work with refilled cartridges or with anything other than the brand's own cartridges. Some will work for a while with alternative cartridges or refilled cartridges and then suddenly quit. You want a printer that will meet your needs in terms of quality and amount of use, but will still use ink that is affordable. Keep in mind, however, that it is not just the price of the cartridge itself but the amount of ink it contains. Some may be cheap, but hold only a fraction of the ink that another cartridge provides. How do you fix an electric lighter's spark?

Either

A:Replace the button-spark module (these ogenerally occur in only one of two basic types) Just get another similar lighter and strip away all the plastic bits until you have the very basic spark-button module.

B: Modules often die from two common causes 1.Spring or 2.Electrical connection these things are replaced/fixed in the usual fashion.

And if you are REALLY desperate you could try re-winding the coil/brush system having tried all of the above first

How do you charge a AAA battery?

If it's a regular Duracell or Energizer battery, it's not recommended you charge them. Having said that, you could try using a NiCad charger, but DO NOT leave it unattended. If the battery is getting hotter than warm, stop charging it.

Your best bet simply would be to buy rechargeable batteries and a charger. SUre, they cost more at first, but it's bice not having to throw batteries away.

Is there a difference between a regular freezer and a deep freezer?

Deep freezer is just a term for a style of freezer, in that's it's generally dedcated as a freezer without a refrigerator section. It may also be called `deep' because the freezer box is usually deep so that it can hold quite a bit of product.

Most deep freezers tend to have the opening in the top and can be a few feet wide and

usually a bit longer, and around 2 1/2 to 3' deep. Of course, there's varoius makes and models from which to choose.

What are ZIF sockets?

ZIF sockets refer to the term, `zero insertion force', which is to say that the part being placed in the socket will usually just `drop in' at which point, some type of clamping system is used to hold the part in place. This is especially beneficial to parts where the leads could easily be damaged or malformed.

Wiring 1 farad capacitor?

Why did they invente electric cars?

Electric cars are more efficient than gasoline cars. Plus, it's cheaper to generate electricity to charge a battery that will drive a car for 200 miles (typically about a dollar) than it is to buy gasoline to make a car go for about 200 miles (typically about 20 dollars). However, all the BS about eco-friendly is a bunch of hot air unless you're not getting your electricity from a coal fired or natural gas fired plant. You're just moving your emissions to another place on the planet, not eliminating them.
