I have just been informed yesterday by another Dr who gives botox /Juvedurm injections that this sculptra is not a good thing to have injected into any where on ones body.. It attacks the immune system, also if any one is known to suffer or have any arthriic pain Chronic pain problems etc. This sculptra will intensify it all Making things worse, also creating more problems such as the nervous system which it could attack. I also now have pain in my hands & feet something I never experienced.

The Dr I had that gave sculptra knew this .,but at the last sculptra injections he gave me. Just last yr. Then told me right after my last injection that day. I could never have any thing heated on my face.
Now! I know why !because these plastic particles melt within our skin and cause the horrifying lumps called Modulers. Which may and have caused alot!! of health problems for many unsuspected innocent victims such as our selves.

There are plenty of exercises out there to improve the butt muscle, like squats and back kicks. Also there are plenty of exercises out there to also enhance the muscle underneath your breasts. You can also try sitting straight up, putting your arms along your side, and putting your hands in a praying motion just below your breasts and pushing your hands together as hard as you can. You can do that 20x or for 5-10 minutes three times a day to get results. Push ups even increase the muscle. Also, I heard you can squeeze your breasts together with your upper arms 20x once daily to help improve breast size.. Although you can't really alter the actual fatty part of your breast with these exercises, it will enhance the muscles underneath and give your boobs and butt a bigger appearance. Results typically show up after a week of loyally doing these exercises, but they do work. Be patient, and study up on increasing the muscle underneath... And remember, celebrities often have trainers working them constantly to get them in the shape they are in, so to get good satisfying results you have to work for it. In the long run it is worth it, and don't let skeptics tell you there is no way other than plastic surgery.
