Is there an advantage to having an M1911A1 Commander rather than a standard size M1911?
The only advantage to using a 4.25" bbl is that you have less gun to hide! As the Commander uses an aluminun frame, it is lighter, but recoil seems to be about the same due to the dual-springs in the commander. I shoot a commander about as well as I do a full-size govt. Go with what you are comfortable with! Update: Not all commanders have alloy frames; The weight is still less than a full government model, as the dust cover, barrel and upper receiver are shorter. The lower receiver grip and magazine size are identical however. I own all three varieties, and prefer the commander as a "carry" weapon; It is a good balance between size and reliability. Officer's Models can be very difficult to reliably tune. Government Models are just bulky enough that a commander makes a nice middle-ground between the two.

Correction to above: The Colt Commander (and similar sized pistols from other makers) use the same size frame in all respects as the Colt Government Model and mil-spec M1911A1 pistols. The dust cover is the same length. It is only the slide assembly which is shorter.

What is special in tooth paste which prevent tooth decay?
When bacteria digest food in our mouths, they release weak acids, especially when we eat sugars. Acids are chemicals that release positively charged hydrogen ions when dissolved in solutions such as saliva. Our teeth have a hard covering called enamel that is weakly basic. Bases are chemicals that release negatively charged ions called hydroxyl ions when dissolved in solution. When bacteria make our mouth acidic, the acid reacts with our enamel, removing hydroxyl ions, causing tooth decay.
The active ingredient in toothpaste is a fluoride salt. When toothpaste dissolves in our mouths, negatively charged fluoride ions are released. The fluoride ions are similar to other hydroxyl ions in that they are negatively charged and can take the place of hydroxyl ions that have reacted with acid. Also, fluoride ions don't react with acid as easily as the hydroxyl ions, making enamel more resistant to decay.
Where are the front top teeth supposed to touch the bottom teeth?
I am assuming that you mean when you bite together. Everyone's bite is a bit different however a textbook "class I incisal canine relationship" means that the maxillary "top" incisors should cover the top 1/3 of the mandibular "bottom" teeth. Any greater, and that's considared an overbite.
THE BEST THING TO TRY is "oil of cloves", directly on the site that is painful. You don't need a prescription, and most pharmacies carry it. Oil of clove is also recommended by dentists. Also, take an anti-inflammatory non-prescription painkiller, like Advil, 20 minutes before bed. Don't use aspirin, as this may cause excessive bleeding at the extraction site. GOOD LUCK!
Why can't you wear nail polish when you get gas at the dentist?
I have never heard of this, but I remember someone once telling me that when they were cheerleading, they could not wear nail polish. The reason was because if one of the girls became injured, once can easily ensure that the heart is still beating by pressing the nailbed and watching the color fade and return. Similarly, if the nailbeds go white, it indicates poor circulation--you cannot pick up on this indicator if the person is wearing polish. I do not know if this is accurate, or if it is the same reason why this might happen at the dentist, but it is a guess.
