Your dogs breasts will be enlarged and full of milk for her puppies. You don't 'fix' them, the puppies should be feeding of her until they're 3-5 weeks old, which is when you should start weaning them onto puppy food. You need to wean them gradually so that the bitches milk ducts don't become swollen and hard, sometimes an overflow of milk in the breasts make them detach and become quite hard this is when there is too much milk and you may need to milk them down your self by gently queezing the excess milk away.

the puppy has to be 6 weeks or it will just choke on the food lit it bottle feed then start soaking the dog food in warm water so it is mushy then make it harder and harder until you don't hav to soak it any more.

Based on the science of the daily average kanine the mother will handle her pups try saving them if not then take them to the vet or let the mother make the decision on her own she will either burry them alive or swallow them the gross content also represents and affectionate emotion socializing with her pups

You can get a lot of opinions on this, but you are the only one who can answer this. Kittens and puppies can both be playful, rambunctious, make a mess of the house, destroy clothing and furniture and in general turn your life upside down. They are also both cute, fluffy, endearing and affectionate.

However, a kitten will grow up to be a cat while a puppy will grow up to be a dog. Cats can typically be left alone for longer than dogs, since they don't need to be let outside to use the bathroom. Dogs need more physical attention, since you will need to walk them and take them outside to use the restroom.

Both cats and dogs need human attention, good quality food and security in their environment. The question is, would you rather wake up early before work to take the dog for a walk or to clean the litter box?

Not sure why you would want to breed this mix, but the black color will be very dominant unless the black cockapoo has another color in his line. You may get some pups that are black with red markings.

The black color is dominant; the possibilities for a black puppy are EEBB, EEBb,EeBB, or EeBb. The possibilities for a yellow puppy are eeBB, eeBb, or eebb. Both EEbb and Eebb would produce a chocolate lab. So, to be yellow, the puppy must receive the 'e' gene from both parents, and to be chocolate, the puppy must have received the 'b' gene from both parents--any other combination will produce a black puppy.

It should be noted that the combination of eebb will always produce a dog that is yellow, but that has chocolate pigmentation around its eye rims, and on its nose. This is not currently an 'accepted' color for registration with the AKC.

We had two black labs stay with us for several months. The female had 9 puppies, 5 were yellow labs, 4 were black, both parents were black labs.

My 12 year old dog was still going into heat and had her first litter at that age. She only had 2 pups and neither survived We had no idea she was even pregnant. She was a schnauzer She had to be put down at 13 :( But my opinion is they go into heat till they die)

No there is not, it is must easier to take a dog to get spayed. Humans have enough troulbe remering to take the pill themselves, than to try to remember to give their pet a birth control pill. It is much cheaper i nthe long run to soay, also will prolong her life and elimante the chance of a piometra which would need an emergency spay, and is quite pricey. There is a lot of info online with the benefits ofspaying.

She should have reached maturity. Many say two years but you know better than anyone. But if I had to give an age I would say at least 18months. The American bull is a large breed dog and is more equipped to handle birth

I think so, ticks can carry Lyme disease, rocky mountain spotted fever, and a few other real nasty things but I don't know how this would affect a dog but if you remove the tick, which should only be done with tweezers by grasping the head of the tick and nothing else, put it in a plastic bag with the date of removal then store it in a freezer until you can take it to the vet or doctor to verify if the tick is infected then decide the treatment for the animal. These are the procedures for people as well only don't take them to a vet.

This is possible, depending upon what the shot was. If it was a vaccination, the puppy is probably not vomiting from the shot itself, although I would keep an eye on the puppy during and after the next round of vaccinations.

More likely, your puppy is vomiting from motion sickness and stress from riding in the car to and from the vet's office.

Look to see if the pups are skinny or fat. If they sleep a lot. Notice when she nurses them, do they all latch on and for how long do they nurse. If the pups are not really thin and they look like they are growing, she is feeding them okay.
