Cayenne pepper is actually found in a lot of fat burning products. Cayenne pepper does not have a long lasting effect on your metabolism, but it does get it going for a short period of time. Cayenne pepper heats up your body, and when your body is hot, it burns calories in order to get it back to a cooler temperature.

How much water is too much in one day?

It really depends on the person and their conditions.A healthy personhas little reason to fear water intoxication. Humans, like all animals, have evolved a very critical set of mechanisms for osmotic regulation. Normal people simply will not have the desire to be thirsty when they could become overhydrated. There's a very large range of safe hydration, and consuming a bit"more than you need" isn'tgoing to be harmful, your kidneys will simply compensate. In order to consume a dangerous amount of water, you would have tocontinue drinking past this "still ok to be drinking but still not thirsty at all" into the "really not thirsty at all, please stop drinking" into the real "danger" zone- and all in a short time. Most people who have died from water intoxication were in some sort of contest or challenge that forced them to try and consume as much water as possible in a very short time- at least 2 gallons in an hour. Assuming a person were to constantly consume small amounts of water throughout the day while making sure to get enough sodium and potassium, they could probably safely (though quite uncomfortably) consume at least3 gallons in an entire day. It appears the kidneys can clear .9 liters of water an hour at most, so consumingless than thatper hour for 16 hours (a day)would mean you never put in water faster than your kidneys can take it out and represents a "certainly safe" limit. Downing a liter or twoin an hourisn't going to kill you either- your body can handle a little extra water for a shortwhile, especially if you're dehydrated, but doing it every hour of the daymight eventually cause problems.

How do sea turtles get drinking water?

Depends on where he comes from. If from the rain forest like the RedFoot, then yes. But most tortoises will get the water they need from the greens they eat. However, if you are keeping it as a pet it is smart to soak your tortoise in a shallow bowl (water should come to the turtles chin) every month or so. This way you are sure they are getting all the water they need.

How does Household spider drink water?

YES! How old are you, 4?

YES! How old are you, 4?

EDIT: sorry about the idiot(s) before me, they seem to think you're asking if, but obviously you're asking how. THEY'RE the four year olds. caterpillars generally get water from the leaves they eat. I hear that they like clover, but my woolly bear caterpillar didn't seem to like it, whereas he ate more than half of an entire dandelion leaf. find a dandelion anywhere, and look at it's base. there should be a patch of leaves around it, which have small hairs on them. they should be formed in a sort of circle around the dandelion. if the dandelion you found doesn't have any, just find another one. pick a leaf or two and hold it in front of your caterpillar, and he should eat lots of it. He will get his water from this.

Where the potable water is found?

There are about 1x1018 US gallons of fresh water on the Earth.

Anyone with that information is welcome to refine this answer.

How much drinking water is good in Norway?

From the kitchen tap. To be specific, most small villages (about +1000 inhabitants) have their own communal water reservoirs. Usually a lake in the mountains). In smaller settlements, "bygder", there is normally a well for each house/farm. This is supplied from rivers or underground water sources.

There is normally no need to cook or clean the water. Of course you should use common sense when drinking from a lake or a river and check if its animal droppings upstream. But bottled water is viewed as "posh" and unnecessary because of the quality of "normal" water in the nature.

Have never heard about water shortage here in Norway. It more like the other way around, that we get too much water. Especially in the summer....

Is drinking water standing up bad?

Scientifically, drinking while standing lets water hit the lower part of the esophagus strongly, & by time this leads to a dilation and relaxation of the sphincter that connects the esophagus and stomach, which finally leads to a medical condition called "GERD: GastroEsophageal Reflux Disease" in which the acids in the stomach pass backward through the "relaxed" sphincter and start "burning" the acid-intolerant esophagus. This leads to the sensation of heartburn that most of people complain of. And that's why drinking while sitting is much better for you.
