Is it safe for your 3 month baby to drink water that contains fluroide?

I would NOT give my 3 month old water containing fluoride. It is a chemical used to improve the condition of teeth, do you really think people should ingest it? It infuriates me that the government and "FDA" think it responsible to even be putting it into the water we drink. I have not knowingly drank water containing it, since before I got pregnant with my son. "Purified" bottled water contains it as well as tap water. I drink spring water, or other bottled water with no added ingredients, and would give it to my son if he was old enough to drink water as well. If you are breastfeeding, there is probably little need to give your baby water at all, unless your physician sees a need in it.

What is wrong if your 3-year-old dog that throws up after drinking ANY water including ice cubes but when you feed her with no water she's fine?

You should never give your dog icy cold water. It can be cool, but not cold and I give my dog tepid water (same as body temp.) Dogs will often vomit if they don't like their diet or if they drink water too quickly or they are hot and drink icy cold water. Ice water isn't even good for humans if they are too hot.

What would cause an icemaker to make dirty ice- The drinking water that comes out is clean and clear however when I get ice and add water to it I notice tiny little flakes and particles floating?

I just solved this problem at my house (1/08).

In some models of ice makers the teflon coating on the tray can flake off and you will generally see small grey or black flecks in the melted ice. The solution here seems to be replacing the ice maker.

Clean the ice bin. I read of one case where the kids had placed a hotdog in the bin and it was ground up with the ice to make crushed ice.

Check if you have hard water. You may need a water softener. If you have a water softener, you may have run out of salt.

Some filter media contain fines that need to be flushed out before using the water. The fines usually appear as small black particles. If you have just changed a filter follow the manufacturer's instructions.

I have hard water, but the softener was working and had a full bin of salt. In desperation I tried freezing a small sample of water directly from the kitchen faucet and another from the under sink filtered water dispenser. When I checked the frozen samples the next day I discovered the first sample was clear as it melted in water but the ice from the filter contained small, white, pulp-like particles. I was able to solve the problem by replacing the under sink filtration system and tubing.

Can you drown if you drink gallons and gallons of water?

Okay, here's what I know.

If you drink WAY too much water, you can get water intoxication. This mostly happens to athletes, and young infants. Infants might drink many bottles of water, and athletes might drink too much since, of course, they sweat a lot.
So, you can sort of "drown", but only technically.
