the best way it if its a human wash your hair in hot water or you can find a treatment for fleas and put it in your hair then the best thing is to go outside put your head in the sun for a while then wash your hair. If it is an animal there is also a treatment which is very easy to find and you do the same thing-put the treatment on their fur and wash it out after a while

Flea powder isn't good for the skin of anything.. its basically nerve gas in the form of a powder. It causes irritation on sensitive skin, but human skin is more likely to have allergic reactions to it. It kills fleas by coating their body, and since they breathe through pores they are force to "inhale" this toxin. Its quite potent so I advise using it with care if you are planning to. Too much of it acts like nerve gas even to humans: muscle twitching/spasms, respiratory paralysis, dizziness and nausea.

One of the most effective things you can do is to vacuum daily. Vacuum the carpets, furniture, mattresses, and other soft places they can hide.

You can also try getting flea killing sprays. Set traps for fleas. Buy flea killing machines.

I'm not a scientist, but I suspect the flies are attracted to the proteins that are in urine.

They probably have learned to associate the smell with the benefit.

I can't find any research on this, but that's my best guess.

I think it is a sign of diabetes The sugar excreted in the urine attracts the flies.
