The coil for that cylinder is probably bad. replace it.

If you have a coil pack, they run around 60 dollars and are easy to replace. I recommend replacing the sparkplug wires also when replacing the coil pack I have had a bad coil pack fry my wires. Go with motorcraft spark plugs also. The engine was designed for them and some of the other plugs run too hot

No. The 272 & 292 V8 installed in the 1957 Ranchero were not supercharged.

grab an alen wrench and remove the hexhead bolts on hub. assembly should pull right out. pop the new ones on tighten up. be sure to check gear oil.

I have a 2010 crew cab 4X4 F-150 Ford. The driver side door was caught in the wind and now closes with a metal to metal noise. From what im finding out on the new fords is that you will need to replace the whole door. From looking at it from every angle I dont see where it is bent. All of the gaps look the same as the passenger side???? So as for now door replacement is the only fix. 2X4 wood works on other models......but be careful.

I hope this helps i own a 92 f150 custom 4X2 with the 302 5.0L it has the E4OD automatic and the stock 8.8 rear axle I have towed a combined 6000 lb trailer with a chevy z71 on the back with no issues, I would think your truck since it is 4 wheel drive it has more torque specs, my OEM owners manual states 9500 maximum towing capacity. I only would recommend check all of your fluids and your hitch to make sure it is properly rated for whatever you need to tow, i.e. Class 1-6

well you can change the air filter to a higher quality like a KN filter with a cold air intake. anything else would make the engine no longer stock

range sensor is located inside transmission. remove pan and it is attached to shift selector rod and vave body.

The first thing to try is to turn steering wheel left and right while trying to turn the key. If the key was turned off and the steering wheel was in a turned posistion, there could be pressure on the wheel and that stops the key from turning-- it will feel locked and jammed. Release preassure from key by turning wheel each way while turning key.

You will need a very specific clutch alignment tool to make sure the pilot bearing and the clutch collar are aligned. These usually come with a new clutch, but you can purchase from a professional tool supplier.

Reach up under the dash,on the switch itself about the middle of it You will find a button. Push the button and pull the switch to the on position. The button and rod should pull out of the switch. If it don't you may have to push in and out a few times while working the button.They sometimes stick. Once you get the button out take a wide flat screwdriver and turn the center of the switch out while still holding it from behind. Once you get it out pull it down from behind the dash unplug and replace. When you put the button back in you may have to push in and out and turn a couple times to make it catch and stay in . It's a very simple job once you do it.Don't foret to unhook the battery. The ligghts will come on when you pull the button out.
