no it is not legal. i am going through this right now. i hae never had a ged or hs diploma and i was approved to go to a casino dealers school but i cannot get a job in the casino now because they require you to show them a hs diloma or ged and i do not have one to show them. they just offset and took $6000.00 of my taxes this year and i will get it back.

You can do some digging on the sites of CNA schools and colleges and will find a few ones that help you achieve your CNA degree alongwith helping for your GED. You can explore about their admission requirements on their respective sites. Some local hospitals and nursing care facilities also provide free cna training, if you agree to do voluntary work for them. Looks ok to me, the website actually advertises high school diploma programs. It does not offer a GED, because GED cannot be offered by a high school and obviously GED is not a high school diploma. What the website is trying to say is that with little effort and time you can get an accredited high school diploma instead of a GED which has comparatively less value than a high school diploma
