There are various rules, but I would not refer to the Ouija board as a "game." You indeed are dealing with real spirits, and maybe even demons around you, and if you go wrong, you could be possessed by a dangerous demon. Hence, not a "game."

Always make the spirit say goodbye

Do not upset or irritate the spirit

really it takes a lot to get the scareness off... i used to get scared a whole lot now not really but still a bit afraid what i did is kept on watching scary movies the are horror so i can get used to it , then i would start to sleep in my room or parent's room by myself in the night alone before my sis or parents , i turned off the lights and i hav these 2 doll staring at me every(the dolls are not possesed juss made them face me)night so i would get used to it and start pretending as if it was possesed or sumthing and then a ghost was moving objects(no ghost in my room juss pretend)...i would get scared but do it every night...pretend a ghost is in your room and don't be afraid even if one comes out its just a regular human that its body is different from real ones...ghost can be lost or stay juss to bring its memories with it.

I was messing with my mates on an ouija board having a laugh, then one of my friend just passed out, i tried to throw it away but the spirits in the ouija board kept messing with our heads and we kept having 'near death experiences'. the ghosts were posessing us and driving us cray, on of them died.

and after i told them the story one ACTUALLY went and tried it out.. and got posessed and tried to kill people.

Sometimes people see weird things like ghosts or something... (this is completely true), and spirits start entering their houses. In real life, they don't. The main reason that people feel, hear or see things that can't be explained is that these ghosts are simply trying to communicate and let those that are alive that they are still around and probably need something from them, like wanting to cross over. It also depends on whether the ghost is even a ghost or not, like if it's an intelligent paranormal spirit or if it's just some sort of energy that is connected to a particular object that that person had been the most connected to.

In the cartoon world, it's more because they have nothing better to do.

In general, if you have to ask, you're not. Most people who are know that they are, and tend to keep it to themselves, or within a small circle of family or friends.

However, most people usually have something about them that attracts activity to them. My closest friend once drowned and was revived during a firefighter training accident, having an NDE in the process. On every investigation we've gone to where there's been activity, he's always singled out, usually being touched or having other events happen (tearing, waves of emotion, etc.). The question should be how do we improve in seeing and talking to the spirit world. Why can a digital recorder hear evp's and our ears can't? why not rig a digital recorder into an ear plug for instant responses. as for photographs and video why can't we enhance the equipment to display ghosts on the view finder? I'm assuming our technology can make a camera that sees in all spectrums of light and energy. And how come no ghost hunter shows ask the important questions... like what is it like over there? do you need to sleep or eat (gather energy to move things) does it hurt to move things? can you interact with other ghosts? is it crowded there? can you or do you hang out with friends and relatives? can you move on? is there a heaven or better place? does everyone turn into a ghost? can you fly into the heavens? are you stuck in this place or can you move freely? what happened when you died? did you see yourself outside your body? can you be hurt anymore? why do ghosts wear clothes? how do ghosts wear clothes? can you change your clothes or are you stuck with the ones your die in? has any higher power explained to you why you are there and why you can't move on? or is it one unexplainable boring existence?

Actually yes you can get phone calls from ghosts... just 2 weekends ago, i got a weird call from a phone number i didn't know. and when i picked up all i heard was breathing! and then "it" said... "beware, they are watching". but i didn't let that 1 phone call bother me! if you get a phone call from a: withheld number, out of areas code number, or a friend's phone number... and the following are or were required: silent breathing, silence, whispers, voices talking to you, or foot steps in the back round then a ghost may have called you. if this has happened to you, then go to a friend and tell them, or go to your local witchcraft store.
