It's pretty easy providing you don't have airbags, just pull off the horn cover, remove the screws and discs for the horn assembly, remove the snap ring and nut on the steering post then you can either use a steering wheel removal kit or use a hammer and tap the wheel off the post. I'd heavily recommend the removal kit, they're not expensive. Also it's a good idea to remove the horn fuse so you don't accidentaly set it off.

I have a 1995 Vandura and power sofa fuse is under hood. There is a fuse block there too with iterior electronic gizmos on it.

on my 89 it's at the top of the large silver cansister part on the left as you're looking at it from the front of the vehicle, the high pressure valve is lower on the tubing and looks very similar to a tire valve. Both valves would have plastic screw caps on them

There are multiple V-belts in the engine compartment. Different engine components use different lengths. A/C, power steering etc.

Don't be so frugal a Dipstick to fit can be purchased at a number of different places. I looked in the Haynes manual... lists oil & filter change capacity as 5 qts. I will change the oil & filter, add 5 qts on level ground and insert a long rod or wire into the dipstick tube til it bottoms. Then remove it carefully and check the oil level on it. Cut it shorter so only about an inch dips into the oil, make a top cap somehow (or just hook the wire) and scribe my normal oil level onto the wire. Sounds pretty good...

It's not under the hood on drivers side, the battery is and that's it no fuel relay.

lack of gas. (bad fuel pump and or clogged fuel filter) Bad spark plugs or plug wires. and mid as well get a new air filter.

Remove the center console (4 screws, two at the bottom easily seen, two at the top of the ash tray, open the lid half way and you will see them) and the engine cover on the inside of the van (two bolts on the floor and two clamps right under the dash), its right there in the canister with the wing nut on the top. You can see it from under the hood but won't be able to reach it as it's pretty much right under the stereo.

if its the same as my 1989 (5.7L V8), remove the console and engine cover, locate the distributor, the wires lead to the spark plugs, to avoid mixing up the wires, remove the wires one at a time and change the plug before removing the next wire. On the V8 the plugs are down the sides inbetween the mounts of the exhaust manifold so best to do when the engine is cold so you don't burn yourself and the front two are the biggest pain to get out. If it's been a while since you changed them the plug wires will probably be pretty tight on the plugs so it will take some wiggling and cursing to get them off, the plugs themselves will also be pretty tough to get loose.

For the 6-cyl, I have never replaced them but the idea is the same, follow the wires.

The fuel pump relay in located on the firewall (as you are looking under the hood)on the left hand side near the center (it's the funny looking oval shaped relay)

First, you will have to find the #1 cylinder spark plug,remove it,place your finger over the hole and bump the ignition switch until the compression blows your finger away from the hole.#1 piston is now at tdc(top dead center).pull the distributor cap off,pull the whole distributor up and guide it back down,you may have to turn the rotor button alittl to get it to mate with oil pump gear.Once it is mated,secure hold down bracket.Make sure the rotor button is positioned to the #1 spot on the distributor cap.assemble back together.

its along the frame on the driver side near the fuel tank you use a 16mm and a 20mm line wrench to loosen the lines, it looks like a large cylinder and will have a metal strip holding it to the frame
