Why does the radiator fan turn too fast on my Honda Passport?
The electric fans are controlled by a computer. The fan speed is set by engine temp, A/C being on and ambient air temperature. High fan speed is needed if the A/C is on or the engine is hot. If you're concerned get the cooling system checked out, you may have a clogged radiator core.

Is right under the distributor. That will be to your left hand side.

How do you adjust the idle speed on a 1988 Honda Accord?
I know on a 1990 Accord there is a plug over the idle speed adjustment. You can pop it out with a ice pick or small screwdriver then do the adjustment (you don't have to replace it) It is located on the passenger side of the injector housing or control body or whatever! Stand just behind your right front wheel, lean under the hood and you should see it. The plug is about 3/8" diameter.
Confirmed - it works for a 1988 Honda. Thanks.
: That only works on the fuel injected models. The carburated engines are more difficult to adjust.

The 1994-96 is the fifth generation of the Honda Accord. The 1994 was only available with a 4 cylinder. You could also get a V6 in the 1996 model. The 1996 Accord underwent a mild facelift with more rounded bumpers, a slightly modified front fascia with new signal lights and rear taillights. It had an overall softer look. How do you remove the backseat in a 1971 Monte Carlo?
Push in, on either side of the hump, about the middle of the bottom edge of the rear seat cushion. This will disengage the wire from the floor clamp. Lift up the cushion and remove from car. This maybe a little difficult using your knee for pushing may help. Remove the two bolts from the the wire loops at the bottom of the rear seat back rest and lift from the bottom. this will disengage the wire from the back rest clip. Reverse procedure to reinstall. These instructions will work for most GM cars 68-72 A-body (Monte, Chevelle. Olds, Buick, Cadillac) plus other applications.
Mine is an older model but I had same issue. The maintenance required light is on a sensor so it changes after a set number of miles. It's to remind you to take your car in for an oil change and things like that. It's factory set, typically; there's probably nothing wrong with your car if you've had an oil change in the past few thousand miles; if not, take it in, it can't hurt.
To turn it off (this is based off of my model and I'm unsure if it would be the same for yours) there is a little hole looking thing in the dashboard glass cover/window[around your speedometer and the maintenance light.] Put the tip of the key into the hole and push a little; the light should reset.

How do you remove gas tank from 98 Honda accord?
If you are just replacing the fuel pump you should be able to do that from an access point in the trunk when you let the seat down. There should be a circle cover that is about 4" and should be able to take off a couple of nuts and pop it up to get to the fuel pump. Just to remove the gas tank... make sure you have the car lifted up and take out the two straps holding it in. Disconnect the fuel pump line. disconnect the fill hose. It should drop right down.

Anything is possible if you custom fabricate everything to fit. However, there is no direct-fit way to install a Legend C32A1 into an Accord. You are dealing with an inline engine (C32A1) and trying to install it into a car with a transverse engine.

How do you reset the Tcu on a 1991 Honda Accord?
I have a 91 Honda Accord EX SW, I was having problems with the "S" (sport) light being stuck on. At first I could reset it by taking off the NEG battery cable for about 30 secs and put it back on and the car would come on fine(no sport light or tranny issues) and run great for a few days. Well that few days got shorter and shorter, and I would have to reset more often until it finally just quit reseting that way and was stuck in 2nd gear. I eventually had to buy a new TCU to fix the problem. I found out that there was some type of flaw in the initial making of some TCU's from a plant in Georgia. I will state that I am not a mechanic but only someone who has some knowledge thanks to alot of research online about this problem, and knows that you can be told by some shady mechanics that it is the transmission itself, so they can make some $$$$. I'm not saying that it might not be the tranny but I would look in to the TCU issue b4 sinking some serious $$$ in to getting a whole new tranny. Hope this helps and good luck!
How do you replace water pump Honda Accord dx motor?
The water pump is driven by the cam belt. The cam belt and water pump should only be replaced by someone who knows what they are doing. Do it wrong and you will damage the engine when you attempt to start it.
Do new transmission include new timing belts?
No ... timing belts and the transmission are not related in any way. The timing belts are in the engine and keep all the pistons functioning properly. The transmission uses the power from the engine to drive the wheels.
