Which season is it common to breed mares?
The Howrse answer is that "there is no common season."
However, mares are typically most receptive around spring and summer, which would likely be the "common" season that mares get bred. But a mare can really get bred any time of the year.
When a red ribbon tied to a horses tail at a show means?

This answer is a good one, but you really need to pay attention to the different colors of ribbons. All the of the different colored ribbons mean a different thing. I have seen people use a red ribbon for a horse that is pregnant. So ask someone at the stable or where ever your go.

How do you make the days pass quicker on Howrse?
You can only make the days pass faster on Howrse for one horse at a time. This requires "aging points" which you can find as UFOs or buy in the shop if you have less than 5 of them. To use an aging point, on your horses page, beside the "put my horse to bed" button, will be an "age" button. If you click on this, your horse will be older, and you can train him some more in the same day.
How do you find a tub of grease on howrse?
You put your horse in the box that belongs to your horse's equestrian center. You have to do a few times before you finally get the grease but before you get the grease you get a whip.

Howrse is a free game, so you don't need someone to give you one. However if you know someone already on howrse, then they get bonuses if you say that they are your sponsor.

How do you get the key for oak isle in HorseIsle 2?
Go to Deadwood Isle, then find a tree (with a door) that I think is on the west part of the isle. Inside should be an elf. Talk to him an he will give you a key. He will also give you a quest to go with the key, but hey, you dont have to do it!
Are there any cheats for Howrse?
It is not possible to cheat on the game Howrse. For special items, you can purchase from the black market under breeding tab > the black market > then choosing the item you want. To increase money you can sell items, howrses, complete lessons and competitions, gain a job, and complete achievements.
Owlient sometimes runs promotions which reward players with free and special items. However, there are no cheat cards, codes, cheat engines, or ways to get free items or money other than through achievement levels and occasional promotional events. These are advertised on the news page and in the events forum as and when they happen.

Is Howrse safe for your computer?
Howrse is absolutely safe for your child. It doesn't allow coarse language, you can breed a howrse, and it lets you connect with other players around the world. Your person info won't be given out and if your child does, your account will be disabled. It teaches responsibilty to your child, and your child gives love to their howrses.
It's very safe, everyone (most people) are very friendly. Just be careful about who you chat with and most of all have fun. :] I would recommend for age 8+ though because some of it isn't very fun for a child. Ya know? Overall it's a great game!

Go to "My Account", then "Edit My Account" (found at the top left corner). It will bring you to a page where you can choose an image from a file on your computer. The image must be 120*120 pixels, and be in either GIF, JPG, or PNG form.

to get free karma u can either level & get 10 karma every level or u can get an achievement and get some & every 4 hours u can go 2 the Daimyo and get gold & sometimes karma............ relics are good way as well but take time....................

How do you know if it is someones birthday on Howrse?
Go to the drop box at the top that says "community", then pick directories, then underneath where it says search for a player, there is a box that says "see today's birthdays". If there is an individual player who you want to know their birthday, there is no way, unless you send them a PM and ask them.
