Some people are rude because they never learned any manners. Some are so arrogant, they think they are above such petty concerns, like hurting people's feelings. Some just frankly don't care. These people eventually will become social outcasts . Some have serious personal problems and are so internally focused they just don't think.Others are just pathetically immature and make a joke of everything.Well-mannered people will just pretend not to notice , when possible, and just ignore these folks , and walk away.

Another thought on this is that people are rude because they get away with it. There are no negative consequences from their rude behavior. When rude people act out most people ignore them and embarassedly act as though they don't see them. The rude person enjoys making others squirm, feel bad, or feel uncomfortable. Contrary to popular opinion, rude people should not be ignored. They should be confronted about their behavior.

I will intercede on behalf of the defenseless who are being bullied. There are only going to be REAL, meaningful consequences for rudeness when society as a whole rejects rude people. In particular, when people stop admiring and emulating people in popular culture who are rude as a matter of course, are petted and indulged for this behavior. For example, at a recent White House dinner, Sir Paul McCartney, when accepting an award, included a gratuitous insult to former President G. W. Bush. There was not only no negative reaction, he was applauded for his behavior. Sir Paul is certainly entitled to his opinion, but to insult a former president while being honored at the White House by the current president, well, this is poor manners to a high degree, and a blot on the escutcheon of British nobility as a whole. So there we are. Until civilized people everywhere will shun the rude, it is left to us few to bear the standard of good manners to all.

Without knowing the person or the situation, the answer can only be very general. In most cases, morals may have nothing to do with it.

If you're speaking of a large group of people who failed to call the police, often a 'crowd mentality' is in effect. Everyone assumes that others are taking care of it so there's no need for them to get involved. Often, a large group of people (follower personalities) will not act unless directed to, or prompted by conversation to, or someone realizes that no one is acting and that spurs them to act. These prompts don't happen if the 'watchers' are all in their apartments or houses.

The other main factor is fear. People fear getting involved because sometimes, just calling the authorities can create problems for their future, such as unpleasant police interviews and being subpoenaed as a witness for a trial. This is not a frivolous fear, it can be very disruptive, upsetting, and possibly dangerous. Even people not involved in any crimes themselves can come under suspicion by police; it does happen and it can be devastating. Any serious crime, especially murder, can put witnesses lives in jeopardy. This fear is based in reality and many people know this.

Certain elements are, but mainly just the basics. Reading body language can be improtant to teachers, for example to predict when a student is lying.

The basic drives for actions can be important to resolve conflict between students aswell.

You can also work on your speaking skills by enunciating each word slowly and taking deep breaths between phrases. Additionally, seek out a speech therapist for professional guidance and exercises to help address any underlying issues.

College takes a lot of work and focus to get through the 4 years to a degree. Some people don't want to work that hard and only come to college to party or socialize. They find out that college is really to get a person ready to enter a profession so they hate it. Our society has given the impression that everyone has to go to college and not everyone is cut out or ready for college when they leave high school. In a recent study 75% of community college students never finish the first 2 years of college. As it stands only 25% of the population get a 4 year degree, so many people leave college for one reason or another and most hate it. Our high schools need to prepare students for other jobs rather than stressing everyone go to college. In this way the people who really want to attend classes will get the education they are after and others will be able to get a good job doing something they like.

It's supposed to be some "gangster" or "ghetto" thing... My guess is that they do that to display or hint out what they have to the girls, knowing how much they like to flirt.

Normal guys don't do this though, unless they're unusually itchy down there...

If you are being played in a relationship, face facts! the other person is a bad person and does not have true feelings for you, so why would you bother being with that person. Face up to him/her and show him you want to have trust, and if you there is no trust, then there is no good relationship......... :) Dont be upset, because on of the best way to react is to act you are better without him and that you are not upset and that you are stronger than he thought. this will really annoy him. TRUST me it reallyworks.... show him that you can get someone way better than him and that he does not deserve you. No one deserves to get played in a relationship, so why should you?
