Get some help, this is no easy job, the engine is transverse mounted and needs to be partially disassembled as well as the right wheel and wheel well.
Once you do all that. tear down the top of the motor and all covers and driven accessories on the passengers side of the motor you will find the cavity where the belt sits, it goes across two cams under the valve cover and drives the water and oil pumps.
I suggest you get a book on your car, a new belt and a new tensioner to d the job, the routing of the belt and the very tricky aligning of the cams and oil pump sprocket cant be listed out here very well, so refer to the book from here.

Im looking for an engine diagram of a Hyundai excel LS 5 door 93 model?

just had this prob with my sisters car, and the tank has to be dropped to get it out, also in many cases the fuel pump alone may not be the only part needed because the lines and gaskets and things are usually rotte out or break upon trying to fix them.(The Hyundai dealer suggested getting a kit( that includes the fuel pump, the lines and "fixings" ( 150.00) dont know if that's what they'll do or not.
