i.e. if a graphic has different type of information parts and you want to open a new link when clicked it. If you will make a hyperlink on this graphic then the hyperlink will cover the whole graphic, means you can open only one link not more.
Image Map - If you will make image maps on a graphic to make hyperlinks then you can make more links on this graphic. It will cover the image map area which you have define. So to do this you can make more than one links on a graphic

If you will make image maps on the different - 2 parts of the graphic to make them hyperlinks then the hyperlinks will cover the image map area which you will define instead of the whole graphic graphic. As you can see from the requirements above, you can get away with using about 1 GB of RAM and a video card (that's not much), but if you intend to do intensive photo editing work, I would personally recommend getting at least 8 GB of RAM to start with.

1st method: If you want to make the JPEG for web purpose then:
Open your PSD file
Press CTRL+ Shift+ ALT+ S then a Save for Web window will pop up
From top right corner set JPEG from Drop Down box

Then click on SAVE button in right bottom of the same window
Another Save Optimized as window will pop up asking you where you want to save your JPEG file in your hard drive

Another Method: If you are Converting PSD to JPEG for Printing Purpose:
Open your PSD file
Press CTRL+SHIFT+S
a Save As window will pop up
Select the File Format to JPEG from drop down
Click on Save Button
Another JPEG Options window will pop up with options to optimize the JPEG format
Set the Quality as per your need (Lower quality will less the quality of your JPEG file and will decrease the file size OR High, Maximum quality will maintain the quality of your JPEG but will increase the file size most)
After setting these options, press Save button and your JPEG file will be saved.
Now DONE again, your PSD file has been converted to JPEG file.

they are the same file, the jpg came for the dos world as it will only allow 3 letter extensions, the jpeg is the modern day of the jpg. make sure your extensions are showing by opening a my documents, select tools then select folder options. under the view tab un-check hide known extensions. right click on the file you want to change then just remove the "e" from jpeg.
Not actually that's not what the consumer asked, Just go to edit the picture then click save as in the upper right hand corner and select jpg. or what ever you want for it to be and it will be done. If that doesnt work make some kind of change on the photo like a little black dot that is not noticable then repeat the steps from the first sentence.
