First you've got to into the settings menu... an tick 'MOVIES' then go back to the main screen... there shuld be a new word 'MOVIES' click on that... there should be youre movie... it its not check its a MP4 format... if not it deffanately wont play... but that's only for the new i-pods... the thinner iPod nano... will NOT play movies...!
