I'm not exactly sure what you mean by 'get file out of a converter'. So, I am going to assume you have used a converter to convert a file to another format and are wondering how to remove the newly converted version out of the convert itself.
This is not necessary though. Prior to converting a file, you must designate an "Output Path" which is the place to store files following conversion. Open your converter program and check the Output Path. If it is not storing the files in an area you want, use the Browse feature to locate the new Output Path and click apply. Now the files will be stored in this area following conversion.
Once a file has be converted and stored where you want it, you can safely use the Delete File(s) feature in the program to remove it from the conversion pane.

For music player your iPod should be set to "shuffle" and for video playback you must have the "enable video" option switched on. Some do some dont. If theres nothing been plugged into it for awhile, is it warm? If its warm, that means it must be using -some- electricity (albeit maybe just a tiny bit)
you can't. it's a proprietary file format for the application with which it's developed. you have to either buy the full license and then use the export / burn functions within it, or figure out a work-around with an external digital recorder.
