The serial number for your iPod should be printed on the box that the iPod came in. If you still have the receipt from purchase, it may be on that, as well.

if the device was recently connected to itunes then click on the help button on the top then click on run diagnostics then just click next until text appears then scroll down to the bottom and it will say the serial number of the recent devices that have been connected to the computer

u an figure that out if u go on to settings then there is an app bar click it. then a list of apps will be listed. most of them will have a swich that says 'on-off' u can decide if u want it 'off' or 'on' . i hope this helps

u just download a song...then u go to itunes and then click music...open the files up and drag ur music to itunes
