Yes the rear bearings are replaceable .

Bearings and the races are very easy to replace or repack , It may have a castle nut with a cotter pin or a crush nut , if it has a crush nut you may want to order a new one before you take it apart .

I do not think so, my 89 YJ had a normal alternator belt, but my 97 TJ has a serpentine belt, so aside from any mounting differences the drive system would be different.

there should be about 6 or so... beside the driver seat, pass seat, driver and pass floor board, and like 3 in the back i think... may be diff on the 90, my 92 and 94 were as posted.. hope this helps lataaaaaaaaaaa

Follow the upper radiator hose until it connects to the thermostat housing.(where the hose meets the engine block). Remove the bolts securing the housing to the motor. remove old thermostat and scrape the melted gasket from both surfaces and clean thouroughly. If you do not have another gasket availiable, any auto parts store carries "liquid gasket". Install new thermostat ensuring it is in the right direction.( There is an arrow on the thermostat showing which direction shall face the flow of coolant).

yes, YJ tops and doors can fit CJ's

In 4wd I try not to go over 50-55 mph.

That setting is meant for muddy, icy, or wet conditions so you wouldn't want to go much faster than that anyways.

I use 35psi for street.

I would not swear to it, but they are both TJs & I think so. But you will need to test it to make sure.

It wants you to shift...I don't pay attention to it because it will tell you to shift when rpms are too low or high so it will drive you nuts if you try to shift with it.

your shift lever bushings are bad, easy fix.

The shift gate or the synchronizers can be worn. Also the clutch can need adjustment if possible.
