What year Jeep for one. Does it have a lift kit? My 3" lifted Jeep Wrangler fits 33s easy with no scrub.

I am assuming you are referring to the control for the heater that dictates where the air flow will come out? Floor, defrost, vents, etc? If so, there is a vaccuum controlled flap inside the heating system that controls that. I have the same problem with my 2002 Wrangler. Apparently, it is one hell of a job since it is buried and you literally have to take the whole dash of the car appart to get to it. A buddy of mine is a mechanic and he told me it would probably take him a few hours just to get to the part, let alone fix the issue, so I said to heck with it.

There are not specific antonyms for all words... there might not be an exact one in this case. However, depending on what you mean by "wrangler" you could use something like "non-cowboy" or "city slicker." If you mean someone who disputes or fights, you could use "peacemaker" as an antonym. If you mean the brand of jeans, maybe "corduroys" is a good enough antonym, or if you mean the brand itself as a symbol of casual clothing, then "Armani" might work as a symbol of upscale formal clothing.

Jeep CJs and Jeep Wranglers came in all sorts of "trim packages." The list includes Laredo, Sport, Renegade, Levi Edition, Sahara, Rubicon, Golden Eagle, etc, etc. The 1994 Jeep Wrangler (YJ) was available in a few different packages including the Sahara Edition trim package. So, in answer to your question, BOTH are Wranglers but one has the Sahara p[ackage. It included fancier stuff, like bigger tires and wheels, nicer interior, better suspension - things like that. The Sahara had either a round or a type-only "Sahara" sticker on each side of the vehicle too. Usually had a palm tree in the graphic. Also, the Sahara version came in a select few paint color schemes, like Tan, Olive Drab, etc. For instance, there were no red or yellow Sahara models.

Well, I have an 84 CJ7 and there's 4 bolts on the inside of the Jeep, beginning roughly at my seatbelt/row bar and going all the way back... that's 4 on each side. Also, I have a plug that I must unplug before I remove the top and it's all the way in the back connected to the hatch. And, in the front, above the sun visors, I have a metal piece that has anywhere from 5 - 10 holes for screws/bolts (I don't exactly know since they're presently not used, but I can see where some of the holes "almost" line up with the holes they're supposed to be lined up with) I presume. This piece of metal was in the past riveted in... probably making my job of ever taking off my top VERY hard. I don't know how heavy my top is, but I'm not a big guy. So, if I was to ever want to take off my hard top, I would get another person to help me (even though the top is supposedly fiberglass). Are all cj hard tops the same? I have no clue.

Find the linkage to the trans. and inspect it lube it with wd40 use a few cans it may be that it is dry

i just hit the lock button on my ford tauars twice that usually stops it for me hope this helps

The wiper motor is mounted on the left inside of the windshield frame on the same bracket as the VIN. Fold down the windshield and is fully accessible.

The 2001 does not have a coolant sensor port in the head like the 1992. All sensors and wiring are different.

You need a torx wrench (in the star formation, the exact size is in your owner's manual) and then you just get two pretty strong people to lift it off, easy as pie. Just make sure you get the right soft top for your Jeep. Additional parts may be required. :-) Good luck

Can it be done easily? NO engine swaps are difficult and time consuming.

Can it be done legally? Depends on your local emissions regulations weather is can be done legally. That's a NO for California!

No, YJ and TJ tops are not interchangeable

all Wranglers look pretty much the same, but major changes in the TJ over the YJ are coil springs instead of leaf springs, updated interior, top attaches differently, better roll bars, etc.

They only come with both tops when they are ordered from the factory that way.

Your owner's manual should tell you, but I think in neutral & Xfer case in neutral also. The don't forget to put the key in & unlock the ignition so the wheels are not locked or it will track very nasty & the tires will squeal a lot.

There is a geared dial on the back of the headlight, accessed from the engine compartment. Usually located on the side of the lamp towards the radiator. Turning the gear or in some cases gears located adjust the lamp up down and to each side.
