What are the strengths and weaknesses of collectivism?

Social contracts are imagined constructs of JS Mill, Thomas Hobbes and john Locke. All assumed societal relations are formed based on the fiduciary principle of exchange: I protect your rights, and your protect mine. The problem is, resources are allocated un-evenly. Invariably, the richer and powerful people would demand that their RIGHTS or Way of Life be protected first. US Constitution, for example, sought to protect the rights of the landed gentry before those of the slaves; whose rights had to be redeemed and protected literally 100 years later. Social contract theory, therefore, cannot correct the imbalances that exist between the different classes of people. It can only reinforce them; often leading to more embedded conflict, animosit and latent anger, all of which STILL make societies extremely unhappy----even if there is no open conflicts and warfare. But because social contract is self serving and self righteous, those that try to challenge it are often struck down, or, accused of being anti social. More psychic injury is therefore inflicted, as social contract is perennially maintained.

What kind of questions should you ask when being interviewed for a call center position?

It really depends highly on the type of position (whether it is in-bound calls or out-bound calls) but aside from the common interview questions (previous work experience, how you interact with others, etc) you can expect to receive questions in pertains to: -how do you handle upset/beligerent callers? -are you able to multitask? -are you able/willing to converse on the phone for 8+ straight hours (depending on how busy the call center is)? -are you able/willing to make calls in order to sell products (if it is an out-bound call center) -how do you get along with others in general (are you kind hearted or do you get upset easily)? That's just a sampling, but most of the questions will pertain directly to your job duties so study the position well and find out what they are looking for. The best preparation comes from knowing the company and knowing what the position entails. Like I said, it depends a lot on the call center itself, but the important thing is knowing what kind of call center it is and what the future employer is looking for (and of course if you are a match for the job). They normally ask some thing about us.Where we have to describe about us our privious job profile(if experienced),our name and location, qualification, professional qualification, hobbies etc.The intention behind asking this type is question is not that they want to know the truth about u, but your way of conversation, quality of your accent, the way you describe yourself. They want to check with your grammer. So its better that u prepare well for grammer.Even a single grammatical mistake can disqualify u.

What is a typical day for a pastor?

There is no such thing as a typical day. However here are some of the things I do/have done or which pastors of my acquaintance do.

The day begins with personal devotions consisting of prayer and Bible reading. Early morning is also a good time for working on one's sermon.

Once that is over and breakfast has been consumed it is time to start on the paperwork - letters to write, reports to fill out, circulars from the church organisation to throw out, and so on. If there is a ministerial fraternal or Council of Churches, meetings are often held in the morning. If there is a church school the pastor may be involved in that, teaching religion class or counselling students.

After lunch it is time to start visiting, as hospital visiting hours are usually in the afternoon and old people generally do not appreciate a visit after dark.

The evening is the really busy time: working people can only be visited in the evening when they are at home, married women should only be visited when their husbands are at home, people who wish to study the Bible with a view to becoming church members usually prefer the evening when they can concentrate. Some pastors don't get in until midnight, either because they are insensitive clods who outstay their welcomes or because their district is large and it took that long to drive back from a distant visit. Other evenings are taken up with church meetings - church board, prayer meeting, evangelistic meetings, or meetings with other non-Adventist Christian groups.

What are examples of attributes?

It depends on what kind of position you are applying for and what your employer is looking for. However, punctuality, honesty, and creating a positive environment are most likely on many checklists for employers.

The fourth step of the scientific process, which is experimentation, is not a great idea since you have no way to control the questions that the interviewers will ask, or the answers they expect.
