You are wrong when you say that this car was put out in rememberance of Davey's death. I have one of them & it was first premiered at Bristol Spring race along with a Bill Elliot edition. I got my car 2 weeks before Davey died.

Really simple actually. Find any helicopter. You can use a plane, but if your not very skilled at parachuting and grappling, stick with the helicopter. Fly out to the middle of the far right of the map right before you get to the wild blue yonder (water with no more land to see) and head south. It's near the mountains and some islands. It has two balloons that hold it up in the air. Contrary to popular belief, the Mile High Club doesn't actually move, it just floats there. It appears to move as you get closer to it, which can throw you off if you don't pay attention. If you don't see it, you may be too low or in the wrong place. About 1.5 - 2.5 kilometers away you should here a strong rave beat. If you still don't see it after you start hearing the music, go up.

Working the brakes hard and then parking the vehicle and applying the parking brake will warp them also because you only get heat transfer in the area where the pads or shoes contact the drums or rotors. Improve your driving skills.
