How do you turn off passenger air bag in 2003 kia sedona?

To turn off the passenger airbag in a 2003 Kia Sedona, locate the airbag switch, which is typically found on the side of the dashboard or the glove compartment. Use the vehicle key or a flathead screwdriver to turn the switch to the "OFF" position. Ensure that the airbag indicator light on the dashboard confirms that the airbag is disabled. Always consult the owner's manual for specific instructions and safety information.

Why is cold air blowing out on driver side and hot air on the passenger side on Kia sedona?

The issue of cold air blowing on the driver's side and hot air on the passenger side in a Kia Sedona typically indicates a problem with the vehicle's dual-zone climate control system. This could be due to a malfunctioning blend door actuator, which controls the flow of air from the heater core and AC. If the actuator is stuck or broken, it may fail to adjust the temperature appropriately for each side. Additionally, low refrigerant levels or a blocked heater core could also contribute to this temperature imbalance.

How do i i expel air from fuel system on 2006 sedona?

To expel air from the fuel system of a 2006 Kia Sedona, first, ensure the vehicle is off and the fuel pump relay is removed. Then, turn the ignition key to the "ON" position for a few seconds to activate the fuel pump and pressurize the system, repeating this process a few times. After that, replace the fuel pump relay and start the engine, allowing it to run for a few minutes to ensure any remaining air is purged. If the engine runs rough, repeat the process until it runs smoothly.

Where is the starter solenoid for Kia Sedona?

The starter solenoid for a Kia Sedona is typically located on the starter motor itself, which is usually found on the lower side of the engine, near the transmission. To access it, you may need to lift the vehicle and remove any components obstructing the starter. It's advisable to refer to the vehicle's service manual for specific instructions and diagrams related to your model year.

Where is the brake light switch in 2008 Kia Sedona?

We have added freon and think that the hi or lo switch may have gone out. It blows, but not cool air.

Where do you recharge the air conditioning system at on a Kia Sedona?

Using a set of a/c gauges put the blue hose on the low side (suction side) and the red hose on the high side (discharge side) and make sure that there is no freon in the system and if you have freon in the system then you will have to go to an automotive a/c shop and have them reclaim it for you..

Put the yellow hose on your vacuum pump and let it run for about 1 hour and then let it sit for 1 hour so that you can see if it will at least hold the vacuum pulled.

If so then let it run for an additional hour and then start the recharging process remembering to keep the low side readings between 30 to 40psi and the high side between 200 to 250psi depending on the outside temperature…………….

Why would parking brake light and battery light stay on in my 2003 Kia Sedona?

Park brake light - might mean the e-brake pedal is slightly moved down to initiate light.

Battery light - means the alternator is bad or battery bad etc.

Parking brake light also comes on when the brake fluid runs low...

This happened on a 2003 kia Rio the next day the car died it is either because of a bad battery, alternator or alternator fuse

Where is the cabin air filter in a Kia Sedona?

It depends on your year. The GQ series (MY 2002-2005) doesn't have a cabin air filter.

The VQ series (MY2006-2008) has the filter under/behind the glove box. The box door is easily removed for access to the filter. Complete details can be found at http://www.kiatechinfo.com in the "Shop" section (free registration, it's Kia's official site and they have their shop manual online for owners).

Be advised that Kia misspelled "filter" "filtar" so a search for "cabin air filter" will fail. Just drill down after entering the vehicle info to Heating, ventilation, A/C > Blower > Climate Control air filtar [sic] > Repair Procedures.

What size wiper blades for a 2002 Kia sedona?

There is no 2001 Kia Sedona so I changed it to 2002. The 2002 Kia Sedona takes 24" wiper blades on both sides front and a 18" rear wiper. See sources and related links below for more information. Since there are over 22 different wiper arm attachments, do not buy wipers just by length only - be sure to lookup exact wiper blade part numbers by vehicle make, model and year for the brand wiper you decide to purchase. This ensures correct length AND correct attachment.

Why does oil and coolant mix on the valve cover and not in the engine?

Oil and coolant should NEVER mix in an automobile. Can you be a bit more descriptive in your question? Im led to believe there is something wrong with your vehicle.

I agree with him, if you have what you call a mix of coolant and oil on the valve cover you have an internal coolant leak you need to get looked ASAP. Oil and coolant do not mix anywhere, it's like if you put oil and water in a jar and shake it, it seems to "mix" but it really doesn't and it will separate when left alone. If you get too much coolant in the oil, it will take away the lubricating quality of the oil and it will ruin the engine.

Why does Kia sedona shake randomly not constantly at speeds over 45 mph Just had timing belt and transmission fluid replaced?

The first thing I would check is for broken motor mounts. This causes the vibration around 40-45 mph. There is a service / recall bulletin about this at Kia.
