check your fuses, find the horn and make sure it is not disconnected.start there then disconnect the wiring from the horn and run apazir of wires from battery to horn hot to hot and negative to negative, toouch to battery see if it beeps if it does then it is probavly the horn button in the stearing wheel.

No, it's not safe to run any vehicle without adequate cooling.

BTW, many cooling fans will continue to run after the engine is shut down. If the cooling fan stops once the engine is cool, it's running properly.

I can't remember exactly but its big (for a drain plug) somewhere around 17 or 19mm.

On a 99 Kia Carnival, the engine numbers are usually stamped right on the left side of the engine. Make sure you record down all the numbers for the engine number in order to find whatever it is you're looking for regarding the engine.

your not giving year ,but should be OBD11 unless 1996 or earlier.There is offered software that plugs into laptop with special harness, but it is pricy, recommend you get OBD11 tester from say Autozone,on sale $ 59.00 to $329.00.

several answer for this problem. 1. radiator has hole in it. 2.Old high mileage radiator just needs to be replaced. 3.Radiator cap malfunctioning,making it look like radiator is leaking. 4. Heater/radiator hoses laeking. 5.Remember all radiators operate above the boiling point of water under pressure,so if there is a weak spot in radiator or hoses its gonna leak.Antifreeze does a much better job under pressure for this task,not only to prevent freezing in winter, but stops corrosion too.The point is let it cool off before working on radiator or its components. You can get nasty steam /hot antifreeze burns, so cool off first. 6. hope this helps you out.

If it leaks fuel it has a leak. Fuel flows from the fuel tank to the engine through fuel lines. A fuel leak is relatively easy to find. Your nose is your best tool. Find a mechanic who knows what he is doing and he will find the problem. This one obviously is not very good.
