since turkey Iraq & Pakistan all share well known land borders with Iran

while oman is separated from Iran by the strait of hormuz

yet oman just as surely shares a border with Iran as do the other 3

the fact that it is a sea border rather than a land border doesnt make it any less of a border than if it were a land border

for it has been fully agreed since 1974

indeed Iraq & Pakistan should also have sea borders with Iran

but these remain only hypothetical blank spaces since they are not agreed

& of the 4 only turkey has not even the possibility of a sea border with Iran

so the answer should rather be hedged as follows

since oman does not border Iran on land

& turkey does not do so on the sea

the one country that does not border Iran at all

would have to be either turman or okey

They are tired of living under a Dictatorship. As you can see on the news, Colonel Gaddafi has no problem with using force to suppress the people. There have been over 200 fatalities, the people want an end to his leadership.

First, we should note that the all-green flag has been retired since the fall of Gadhafi and replaced with the Senussi Standard, which flew over Tripoli during the reign of King Idris I of Libya (chief of the Senussi Muslim Order).
