First, check the trunk. There is a plastic cover that goes over the trunk latch; it pushes the pin in on the trunk when you close it. If it is not on properly you need to put it on so the light will stay on. If that doesn't work you have a bad door switch somewhere.
How do you change the radiator fan on a 2000 Lincoln LS?
This is for the V6 Lincoln ls. From expirience I had to change my fan and convert it to an electric fan seeing how expensive it is to replace the hydraulic pump. To remove the fan you must remove the intake and any plugs that are connected to the intake pipe. Then unbolt the A/C overflow. Then you must remove the top flow pipe for the radiator to get to the top bolt of the radiator fan. Now remove both top bolts from both sides and the fan is now only being held by the hydraulic fan lines. I unbolted both hydraulic lines and pulled the fan out side ways. And that's how I removed my radiator fan. Took an average handy man 2 1/2 hrs with the proper tools and a plan out first.

When it is flashing repidly you can release the buttons and your car opener will now open and close your garage.

The fuel tank is like two smaller tanks that are joined together at the top
The fuel pump that is installed INSIDE the tank ( through an access hole in the
top of the tank ) on the PASSENGER SIDE is the fuel pump that goes to the
engine
The other pump , which is also INSIDE the fuel tank , but installed through an
access hole in the top of the tank on the DRIVERS SIDE is the jet pump that
transfers fuel from the drivers side of the tank to the passenger side of the
tank ( Helpfull )
I have the same model and year. There is a RECALL Service Advisory for a Clock Spring (at dealer, no charge) device that was found to be defective. You might want to look it up on the recall pages all over the internet and then get to a dealer. Good Luck. the problem is the clock spring under the airbag and it will cost u around 300 dollars and if u dont fix it u wont get a sticker ,if u just had a steering rod put in then the person who fixed the problem they r the ones who broke it and they should fix the problem or u can take them too court.I just went threw the same problem.The only way it can brake is buy the person who put in the rod ,thats the only way to brake that part.so good luck and get it fix because every one needs there airbag and horn ok. sincerely MR H
