If you live with someone for six months can she get you out of her house if you have spent money on her house?

Well, unless you wrote up any papers stating that you would have some sort of stake in the home, after putting money into it, Im afraid she can kick you out of the house, you were basically doing out of your own free will. Now you can take her to court to regain your money back,if you can show that she deliberately deceived you into spending money to improve her home and that you had the notion from her that you would be together for a while. Get your paperwork, receipts and other material you need to prove a case, including, statements or other people that can attest that what you are saying is true. Other then that your out the cash and next time, pay for food and some of the rent and utilities just as you would in any other housing situation.

What is Disobeying a Police Officer in Texas?

This is funny how we are so confused in America from the movies or the cops themselves. ask yourself if you have ever heard of anyone being arrested and convicted for failure to obey an officer. just about everyone arrested has dis-obeyed an officer and millions of people have done this without being arrested. it is a bluff by cops to create fear and obediance and they know it ,if it was not a bluff they would not use it as a threat but arrest you!!!!!!

Disobeying a police officer is not an actual title to any criminal statute (at least in Texas). Some incorporated cities, or counties may adopt an ordinance that states that you cannot disobey a police officer, which would then make it a Class C misdemeanor enforcible only in that city/county. However, keep in mind there are only 2 offenses you cannot be arrested for in Texas: Open Container (which doe not mean DWI/DUI minor), and speeding. Everything else in that law book is an arrestable offense. A law as simple as fail to signal intent (not turning your blinker on) is an arrestable offense.
