How do you fight without getting in trouble?

Keep law enforcement out of it. Fighting (assault and battery) is illegal. Often, people agree to fight, and then the loser calls the police, wanting to press charges against the winner.

Just don't fight. It only proves who is stronger, or luckier. It doesn't prove who's right.

It appears that you can in the City of Cincinnati incorporated areas. The only ordinance that even mentions chickens says:

§ 00053-11. Fowl, animals and vermin. (A) No live geese, hens, chickens, pigeons, ducks, hogs, goats, cows, mules, horses or other fowl or animals shall be kept in the city so as to create foul odors or be a menace to the health of neighboring individuals.

(B) Portions of the floor, ground or roosts where manure or urine regularly fall, in any structure, enclosure, pen or run in which fowl or animals are kept, shall be clean and free from odors. All possible means shall be employed to prevent the breeding of flies.

(C) Manure shall be removed at least once each day and placed in flytight, leakproof, covered containers. Such containers shall be kept clean and shall be disinfected after each emptying. Manure shall be disposed of according to the regulations of the health commissioner.

(D) It shall be unlawful for an owner, to permit any premises, building or part thereof to harbor an infestation of rodents, fleas, lice, roaches, weevils or other vermin.

(Amended, Sept. 24, 1981) This was taken directly from the City of Cincinnati ordinance codes. For areas that nominally in the city but aren't incorporated, Hamilton County codes apply. These are more restrictive, requiring certain minimum lot size and setbacks from residential buildings.

What can you shoot with an air rifle?

Most common air rifles are designed to shoot targets and small rodents like rats, squirrels and rabbits. However I suggest you shoot these rodents with a pellet rifle not a BB rifle. BB's do not deform when they hit a target and will make the rodent suffer, where as pellets will deform and make a quick kill.

If you really get into shooting with a pellet rifle then you can move up to the big bore air rifles. Let me explain. BB's come in one size .175, pellets come in several different sizes and bigger bore rifles like, .177, .20, .22, .25, 9mm, 45 Cal and 50 cal. the last 3 sizes require a scuba tank to charge the rifle and will drive a large pellet at over 1000 feet per second. These are capable of bringing down a Boar or larger animal. These rifles are called PCP (PerCharged Pneumatic ) rifles and guns.

Is it illegal to sell a used carseat?

NO ------------ Depends on where you are located. In the state of CA, yes it is illegal. However, otherwise it really is not a safe thing to do. We (as in CPS Technicians) advise parents all the time to NOT purchase a used seat. They may be damaged, missing parts, recalled, outdated, been in a crash and many other things. You may think your seat is fine, but how does the person purchasing it from you know that? Are they willing to trust their child's life with a strangers word? What I recommend you do is give/sell it to a friend or someone that would trust you with their child's life, or donate it to a womens shelter. This is provided the seat is a safe seat, ie... It's never been in a crash, its not older then 6 years, it has all the parts and the instruction manual, there is no stress marks in the plastic, the harness is complete with no fraying, etc...
