If you want to install Windows on your Mac, there are a few things you'll need to know and purchase beforehand.

First, you can only run Windows if you have a newer Intel-based Mac. Click the Apple logo at the upper left hand corner of your screen and choose 'About this Mac'. See the related link below for more on what to look for.

Second, You cannot download Windows XP - you'll need to purchase a retail copy.

Finally, in order to actually install XP, you'll need to use one of several available applications for your Mac. Apple offers Boot Camp, which will provide you with the best performance, but the Windows and Mac systems on your computer will be separate, and you'll need to restart the machine to switch between them. The other option is to use virtualization software, which won't perform as well, but allows for mostly seamless integration between the Windows and Mac systems, and you won't need to restart to switch. The two most commonly used virtualization applications are Parallels and VMWare Fusion. Information about all three options is available in the related links below.

Microsoft has not created a version of Expression Web for the Mac so there is nothing to download. This is probably due to Expression Web not being very good and it would not survive in the Mac market. files with the extension .pkg are usually installers. If you have the installer utility on your mac (which you should because it comes with it) you should be able to just open the .pkg by double clicking and it will launch the installer, or by going to Applications -> Utilities -> Installer and selecting it.
