I am also wondering this because i have to right an essay about jack London and his use of symbolism, specifically in "to build a fire." I read war and the closest thing i can think of is the fact that the apples symbolize temptation because he was supposed to be scouting for the enemy but he went out of his way to get apples for himself while he was hiding in the house. But then again, Jack London was not a very religious person seeing as he was misguided as a child and his mother had some crazy religion or thoughts or somehting like that. I mention religion because in the bible, the apple that Adam bites into symbolizes temptation. There could be a link between the two but i doubt it seeing as he wasnt religious...Hope this helps!

I use sections in a word document when typing reports that you may want to change the header or footer. When you create a section break, you can restart page numbers in the footer, for example.

Not particularly. When using Boot Camp it does repartition the hard drive (scary in the unlikely even that it goes wrong) and so you should always make backups onto an external hard drive. But Boot Camp is made by Apple and designed to run on the Mac, so I don't think it's "bad" other than the fact that you'll have a couple dozen less GB of storage for your Mac files.

MAC don't make and have never made a palette with 120 colours, a lot if scams of eBay etc have palettes with 120 colours and they just put a MAC logo on it. However if you don't mind that it's not really MAC it actually a pretty good palette to use. I got mine for about 10 euro

because the recovery CD for a notebook is spefically custom to that notebook a retail version does not have the (correct) stuff to making the notebook function properly

If you want to use an image outside iPhoto you can select from the Share menu or Export from the File menu to save it as a .jpeg file.

Assuming you are using the Mac's Mail application:

Open Mail's Preferences

Select the Rules section and click the Add Rule button

Give the rule a descriptive name such as "Away Message"

Set the condition to Every Message from the drop down menu

Set the action to Reply to Message

Click on the Reply text button and type your message into the box

Click on OK

When you go away tick the Active box for your Away rule to be applied

The Mac will need to be on and checking for mail while you are away. An alternative is to set up the message at the server end (many email providers supply a web interface for performing such tasks) then you can turn the Mac off while away and retrieve your mail when you return.

It will depend on the drive you are using to burn the disc. A "faster" disc will only be as fast as the drive can burn the files and even then it will fluctuate so it really is not that important.

If you are asking about the wifi card in the laptop, maybe, you would need the proper software and a hardwired Internet connection.
