There are at least a couple of options.

One of them is to physically remove the HDD from one pc (old) to the other (new). In order to do this you must first update the HDD driver from the motherboard where the HDD will be installed and install a generic HDD driver. Then switch off (do not restart) the pc. This will save you from gettting a blue screen if you install another HDD in a pc that has worked with a different one.

Once you've done that, the rest is not too difficult.

Replace your HDD and when you power it up you have your OS transferred onto the other pc. Remember to update all the drivers for the components in the new PC accordingly.

The second option is to make an exact image of your HDD onto another HDD and use the latter in the same way as described above. You can use quite a few programs to help you do that and I have personally used Macrium Reflect and it works wonders.

Photoshop was originally created by Thomas Knoll in 1987 on his Macintosh computer while he was a PhD student at the University of Michigan. In 1988 he showed Photoshop to both Apple and Adobe and Adobe purchased the rights to distribute the software. Photoshop 1 was released in 1990 for the Macintosh only. If your Mac has a camera you will see yourself in the PhotoBooth window. To take a picture click on the central red button with a camera icon. To the left a three options 1) Take a single photo 2) take 4 shots in rapid succession 3) record a movie clip. On the right is an Effects button which allows the addition of special effects to your images.

The Classic environment allowed Macintosh software from the pre Mac OS X era to run on Macs using Mac OS X. Classic is not available on Macs with Intel processors or running Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard).

To run Classic you need an older PPC Mac (G5 or G4) and Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) with Mac OS 9 installed. Double clicking an old application will launch the Classic environment and run the software.

It depends on the quality or format that the movie is in...Movies come in .avi - divx - bluray - dvd5 - dvd9 - Highdefinition - others also.

Lets just suppose that those 7 movies you refer to are DVD5 (standard vob-bak-ifo format) Then the size of those 7 movies (in Gigabytes) would be about 30 to 35 Gigs.

iPhoto does not take pictures. It does store, catalogue and let you edit the pictures you have taken with a digital camera which you would connect to your Mac and load into iPhoto. If your Mac has the built-in iSight camera you can take a picture with the PhotoBooth application.

Computer viruses can be use to steal personal information such as bank accounts and social security numbers. Others will try to "scare" you into buying a product such as a fake anti-virus program. Others will simply damage your computer.

You can protect yourself by investing in a Anti-Virus software, don't download things you don't need, don't view adult webpages, don't click on Ads such as: "you are the 999,999th visitor, click here you claim your prize!", and be careful of mistyping a URL such as goggle instead of google, as some viruses use those typing errors to get you.

I'm not too sure about that, but I know it was first invented by Douglas Engelbart in 1964. It had 3 buttons and a wire connecting it to the computer. Bill English was his partner. He introduced it at a 90-minute presentation.

It will ask for your password and you should type it in before you can download.
