In what year did apple intoduce the Macintosh pc?
The Macintosh was introduced by Apple on 24 January 1984 using a great commercial based on George Orwell's 1984.
In December, 1983, Apple Computers ran its famous "1984" Macintosh television commercial, on a small unknown station solely to make the commercial eligible for awards during 1984. The commercial cost 1.5 million and only ran once in 1983. News and talk shows everywhere replayed it, making TV history. The next month, Apple Computer ran the same ad during the NFL Super Bowl, and millions of viewers saw their first glimpse of the Macintosh computer. The commercial was directed by Ridley Scott, and the Orwellian scene depicted the IBM world being destroyed by a new machine, the "Macintosh."

Who sells more computers apple or windows?
Measuring the market share will depend upon what market you are looking at and how you are measuring the size of the share. Bearing in mind that Windows is an operating system that can be run on an Apple computer and Apple sells both hardware and software:
One way is to monitor web browsing to see the percentages of different computer platforms. Such a measure gives the Mac around 10% of the market and Windows around 90% (See links below) If you define the market as the quality end of computer sales ($1000 and up), which Apple targets, then Apple has around 91% of the market. (See links below)
How do you deauthorize a computer from your itunes if you no longer have the old computer?
Hi!
Launch iTunes on the computer you are using. Log into the iTunes store. Once you're logged in, click on your account name in the upper right corner. (You'll probably have to re-enter your password) Once you are looking at your account information, there is a section about the number of computers you have authorised. I don't know if you can de-autho a particular one, but you can de-autho all of them at once. Then go back to re-autho the ones you want to use. It's a bit of a pain to do it that way, but it's the only way I can think of!
For what it's worth, I had to do the same thing recently. I didn't lose any of my music or videos!!
Where is the refresh button on the Mac computer keyboard?
If you wish to reload a page from a website in a browser's window (Safari or Firefox for example) you would press the Command (cmd) and R keys.
Windows was there first, and now the main reason why Windows is dominant is because most people already know how to use it because they grew up with/ have in workplace and don't want to mess with learning a new OS.
I'm a mac user and I find the experience much less painful than others make it seem. MS office is available on Mac, and that cover 90% of compatibility issues

Three objectives of an OS design?
You want to be able to load applications, provide for multitasking either through timeslice or priority/interrupt mechanisms, you want to be able to detect a deadlock/race condition and take an appropriate action to resolve the issue, you want to have interprocess communication of some kind, you want to provide communication services for different types of hardware and logical communication consructs, you want to provide "virtual memory" for applications that are larger than physical memory, you want to be able to send a "signal" to process that are waiting for events such as serial I/O and you want to provide user security so that users can have a workspace that cannot be "hacked". Above all, you need to provide access limitations so that viruses cannot gain control. Read about UNIX/Linux. In my opinion it's about as close to a perfect OS as can be found.

From Apple. not completely!
Apple co-founder Steve Jobs and Microsoft's Bill Gates always had spats and would regularly say Gates was ripping off his ideas.
A microsoft employee boasted to Jobs over dinner that they had a new product "the tablet" about to revolutionise the world in production.
This dinner was several he had had with this employee and he constantly talked about it...Jobs became so sick of it that he came home and said "F*%$ this lets show him what a tablet really can be.
His anger drove him to create the seven inch touch screen IPAD- Launched in April 2010.
If you mean Apple Computers, then the 2 founding members were Steve Wozniak and Steve Jobs, although Steve Wozniak was the engineer behind the Apple 1 of which only a few hundred were made. Mark Markkula was the venture capitalist behind the operation, and Steve Jobs was the driving force behind getting it out in the open. Watching 'Pirates of Silicon Valley' is highly recommended for a full in-depth view on what happened in the early years of Apple Computers. Otherwise, you're looking at Nature, and years of evolution.
