What is a very good or solid dragon deck in mtg?
While the deck listed below, might be a "solid Dragon deck" this answer is quite subjective.
Are you playing to any rules specifications?
EDH, Singleton, Type 2, Extended, Modern, Vintage?
This will limit your choice of cards to use, if you are playing in a "friendly" game with "house" rules are there any restrictions?
You can build a very strong Scion of the Ur-Dragon deck that utilises a large number of different dragons for different things.
This is my dragon deck I almost never lose with it.

How do emblems work in magic the gathering?
What does indestructable mean in magic the gathering?
It means "destroy" effects don't work on it. Darksteel Colossus can't be shattered, disenchanted, wrath of God, Seal of doom, etc.
However since it can be sacrificed, cards like Chainer's Edict still work. Also reducing it's stats would work, so Mutilate can kill Indestructible creatures.
Damage or combat damage destroys creatures, so it wouldn't destroy an indestructible creature. However it does take the damage, but the damage doesn't kill it.
How many times should you shuffle a deck of cards to throughly mix them up?
I personaly shuffle my deck about 10 or 20 times. I then look through it to see if it is well shuffled and then shuffle it again.
Where can you buy magic the gathering cards in India?
Retail stores and online, many stores will ship to India
Is there such a thing as moving objects with your eyes?
It called Telekinesis, and you move the objects with your mind, not your eyes. No one has yet proven to actually be telekinetic. The only Telekinesis you are going to be seeing for a while is in movies.
Are planeswalkers considered permanents?
Yes, they are treated as permanents, so can be targetted by cards like Vindicate, for example.
Where can you download all magic the gathering novels for free?
you can't get them for free. its illegal and against the law. go to a library or used bookstore. stop trying to rip people off
How many of each type of card do you need in your Magic the Gathering deck?
It depends on the deck. The maximum number of copies of a single card you can have in a deck is 4, unless stated on the card (as in ravenous rats); however, sometimes you might want less than this. For example, the set "New Phyrexia" is about to come out, and in it is an enchantment which says, "You do not lose the game for having below 20 life. If you have less than 20 life, sources deal damage to you as though they have infect". (if this made no sense, basically if you get below 20 life, then you start taking poison counters. If you have 10 or more poison counters, you lose. So it's essentially a one-shot extra 10 life). You should probably only put one in a deck because drawing more than one would be useless.
So for how many of a certain card a deck needs, it depends on the deck. For important cards which are central to your strategy, you'll want the maximum, 4. As far as finding the exact balance for your deck, that's part of deck building! Keep at it and you'll get pretty good.
Creature abilities summoning sickness?
Activated abilities that use the tap symbol cannot be played while a creature has summoning sickness. However 'static' abilities such as "other goblin creatures you control get +1/+1" are not affected, nor are activated abilities that do not use the tap symbol, including some that do require a tap as a cost, but without using the symbol. For example, Gilt-Leaf Archdruid requires you to tap seven druids. Because this cost does not use the tap symbol, druids with summoning sickness can be used.
In magic the gathering what does island-walk do?
Island-walk A Land-Walk ability(Example:Swamp-walk, Mountain-walk) If opponent controls an island this creature is unblockable. Creatures with land-walk abilities can not block each other.
Isochron Scepter will do this though it will only work for spells with casting cost 2 or less.
What is the full glossary for magic the gathering?
wizards com is the basic rulebook, towards the end, there is a large glossary, if this is not enough, you can try elsewhere on the site.
You can't attack an opponent's creature directly. you attack your opponent directly with your creatures. It's up to them to decide whether or not to block.
The exception to this is if one of your creatures has the Provoke ability which means you can force another creature to block it.

"104.4. There are several ways to draw the game.Magic the gathering 2 legendary creatures?
This is called the Legend Rule. If a single player controls two or more cards with the exact same name on the battlefield with "Legendary" on those cards' type lines, that player chooses one of those cards, and then puts the others into their owners' graveyards. This also applies to cards that would copy a legendary permanent. (See rule 704.5k)
Example: The Legend Rule would not apply if both my opponent and I each controlled creatures named Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind and Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius. However, if I cast the card Clone and had it enter the battlefield as a copy of my Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind, I would have to put one of those two into their owners' graveyards.
Note: This rule is similar to the Planeswalker Uniqueness Rule, wherein if a player controls two or more Planeswalkers with the same name on the type line (not the name line), that player must put all but one of those Planeswalkers into their owner's graveyards. (See rule 704.5j)

This is really personnal :
I don't think there is not a "best" player than some others.
But the very good players are those who
- succeed in being performant in time, and in every format (constructed, limited..).
- perfectly knows the rules
- Practise the game intensivly, chosing the deck able to be the more performant (metagame) in constructed, who trained in limited format (drafting needs a real strategy).
- make few mistakes during the game.
There are a lot of good players but Magic is also a question of luck.

Were can you find the cards listed for magic the gathering that are coming out the year 2010?
This site is useful for checking out new cards before their initial release (i.e. Worldwake): http://www.gatheringmagic.com/
If you're looking for information on cards that have been archived/already released I would go here: http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Default.aspx (this site has a really nice intuitive interface, and it's typically where I go if I want to gathering ideas for deck construction).
Hope that helps!!! :)
If a card doesn't say it targets, then it does not target. Windstorm does not target at all, so it will affect even creatures with Shroud. Cards that pick multiple targets will still mention the word target.
