It's part of the fuel pump sending unit located in the gas tank. Your local parts store will tell you that it is a non-user-serviceable unit but online parts retailers will sell you one. It can be replaced separately from the fuel pump, and the job can be done without lowering the fuel tank.

The horn is located on the front passenger side of the car. if you remove the front passenger headlight you will be able to see it from there

Fuel filter is located in left rear (firewall) corner of engine compartment. check near the brake booster/master cylinder.

It should only take an hour or two..the most difficult part is getting the new one into position for rebolting, as it is an extremely tight space with very little wiggle room. Same for the lower connector bolt which is reinstalled using very short strokes. Otherwise it's a very straightforward process for any home mechanic. If i did it, anyone can.

There are 2 places where the relay could be. Under the hood on the drivers side, that is where relays usually are. or Under the steering columb inside the car, that is where fuses usually are.

It is located on TOP of the tank. You will have to drop the tank, pull the filter/pressure regulator out of the rubber grommet on the top of the sending unit, and replace it with a new one. You will have to cut the old clamp off if no one has done it before, and replace it with a GOOD band type fuel injection clamp, not the cheap screw type ones that cut into the hose.

I have a 99, and it has no fuel filter. In fact i took it to a garage to have it replaced before i found out, and the mechanic actually told me he replaced it until he realized my husband knew it didn't have one.

Some vehicles have two these days. One is for the ecm and the other is for the gauge. Coolant sensor is for the ecm, I think.

it is usually located near or around the oil filter. that depends on the make and model vehicle.

It is located right behind the glove compartment. Remove the glove box and you'll see it. IIRC, it's a white piece. It should be an easy fix.

Either there is no Voltage or Vacume going 2 the Valve OR the Passagway under the Valve is Blocked.

Clean the EGR Line with carb cleaner to ensure not any blockage.

If you are referring to the check engine light and are still receiving a code indicating EGR valve, then the problem is that the EGR valve is being effected by the problem. The EGR valve is not the problem, it is just the component that is being effected. Code readers only tell you the effected part, not necessarily the bad part. This is one of the big problems with autozone's free diagnostics, you get what you pay for.
