Is it ok to wear a pad before starting your period?

You can wear whatever you want on your period, as long as the products you're using stop you from leaking there's no reason not to wear white shorts. Just make sure you're using correct absorbency, don't use super absorbency tampons if your flow isn't heavy enough to use such a high absorbency. You may want to try menstrual cups instead as these won't leak like tampons do.

Have bad cramps during your period what can you do?

Certain things can make cramps less noticeable. Try an over-the-counter pain killer or medicine. This usually helps for the most part. Easting a healthy diet can also prevent some cramps in the future. If your period is regular, you can take a pain medicine a day or so before your period begins to try and minimize or stop cramps before they even happen. If it is so severe that it is affecting your every-day life, talk with your doctor. There may be a reason behind this. If not, your doctor could possibly prescribe you a stronger pain killer to help ease the pain. Going on birth control (like the Pill) can also help to ease some of the side effetcs, like cramping.

When i had really bad cramps i read somewhere that soaking in a warm bath might ease the cramps down. i tried it and it actually worked!! I suggest it to anyone who has cramps especially bad cramps.

What is endometriosis and how do you know if you have it?

There are several things that have said to be the cause of endometriosis. Although endometriosis can occur at pretty much any time in a woman's reproductive life, the most common ages are from twenty five to twenty nine. Some studies show that it is thought to be a hereditary factor. When a woman is exposed to increased menstruation, her possibility of developing endometriosis is higher. Also, a woman who experienced long and heavy menstrual periods before having children might be more susceptible to endometriosis. Obesity is another factor that can affect the possibility of developing the disease

There are a number of treatments available. They include surgery to remove the endo, pain medications, drugs that affect the hormonal system, herbal medicine of Fuyan Pill, and hysterectomy.

Yes it is. It happens to me every month. I feel like I'm on fire sometimes. It's because of the rise in progesterone after you ovulate. I feel the hottest 3-5 days before my period starts. Temperature can go up to 99.2. Then it drops back down about 24 hours before you start. When my temp drops, I know i will start soon.
