Where can you get a firing pin and pin spring to a Iver Johnson 22 Supershot sn 13916?
A oistolsmith can either find and install the parts, or possibly make them. However, the cost of repair will likely equal or exceed the value of the gun.
I suppose you mean: What is a 30 caliber bore? The bore of a Rifle is referred to as the caliber, which equates to the diameter of the bullet it fired. A gun that shoots a 9mm bullet would be a 9mm caliber or the bore size. Most guns originally made in US were measured in INCHES. Thus a 22 caliber rifle was a gun that shot a 0.22 inch diameter bore. Since the US Army began to change over to the metric system, it began making guns to the 9mm and 7.62mm sizes. Some bores can have alternate names. A new pistol bullet is the 0.40 INCH caliber designed by Smith&Wesson is also referred to as the 10mm caliber. The bore size of Shotguns are measured using Gauge. For example, shotguns are referred to as 12-Gauge or 20-Gauge. Gauge is an unusual measurement. The gauge equates to the number of lead balls that are made to the diameter of shotgun's bore and totals a weight of 1 pound. Thus, a 12-gauge shotgun has a diameter that of a ball that would weight 1/12 of a pound. That means the Larger the bore of the shotgun, the smaller the gage number. A 12-gauge shotgun is bigger bore than a 20-gauge shotgun.
What is the worlds fastest single barrel machine gun?
Either the FA-MAS or the UZI but the uzi has terrible Accuracy so the FA-MAS is the way to go
Ummm... Sorry but you're wrong
Although I don't know the answer, I do know that firstly the UZI only has a rate of fire of about 600 rpm and the FA-MAS at about 1100 rpm. The MG-42 maxes out at about 1500 rpm.
However it is worth saying that smaller variants of the UZI have a higher rate of fire to the point that the micro-UZI fires at 1200 rpm
What is the difference between 9mm and 9mm lugar?
There are several different types of 9mm cartridge. When Snoop Dogg or some other rapper talks about his "nine", they're referring to a weapon firing the 9x19 cartridge, also known as the 9mm Parabellum or 9mm Luger.
Other 9mm cartridges in common use include the 9x17, which is also known as the .380 ACP, and the 9x17 Makarov cartridge, which is popular with military surplus collectors.
There have been several other 9mm cartridges made, both past and present, to include the 9x23, 9x25, 9x39, etc.
Why is the sail of the Borei class submarine shaped oddly?
It's not - the Russians have always had lower profile sails on their boats compared to Western boats. The Borei is a successor to the Delta-class submarine; the sail seems a bit longer, but the height is about the same as a Delta-IV.
Unknown--- Most medals in the shape of a Cross have 8 points; 2 per leg. If it was 12-poined then it would have 3 points per leg.
"King's Crown" If you mean British, then many British cap badges have a 'star burst' that has ray radiating out from center and these usually have 8 points. Some have 4 major points at top, bottom, left & right with 4 minor points spaced between these. Most of these have a Kings Crown on the top ray.
Polish unit badges commonly used Maltese crosses as a pattern. Again 4 arms with 2 points per arm.
The Germans had a Spanish Cross that had crossed swords. But it didn't have a crown on it.
Need more description. Is it a badge? If it is soft, then I suspect it is not an official military medal or badge. Most military badges are constructed to be durable. British and US soldiers had sweet-heart pins made for their loved ones that had a military theme but was obviously made with the look and wear of jewelry.

Well, the lineage of the M4 goes back to the M16, which was designed in 1959. In the mid-1960s, a carbine version whose variants are universally known as the CAR-15 was designed, and that entered production in 1968. When the M16A2 entered service in 1983, a carbine version was soon developed, which became known as the M4. The first prototypes were finalised in 1984, and a limited number entered service in 1986.

With perfect shooting conditions how far will a 308 travel before it begins to drop?
All objects in flight have Gravity forces applied to it. All objects immediately begin to "drop". When a rifle is sighted to hit a bullseye at 100 yards, for example, the bullet's trajectory actually rises up a fraction of an inch and then begins its descent such that the bullet's path of flight crosses the shooter's line of sight exactly at 100 yards.
Believe it or not---if you fire a bullet directly horizontal and at the very same instance you drop one from the same height, they will both hit the ground at the same time. The dropped bullet will accelerate at 32 feet/sec/sec just as the one that is fired. Of course this test will vary slightly due to air resistance on the moving bullet.
I know that didn't answer your question but I'm nost sure what your Question really is. A more accurate question would be: How far can a .308 bullet travel?
It drops as soon as there is no vertical upward force applied. That is, as soon as it leaves the barrel (horizontal shot). I fired some last week and was reaching out to about 1500 yrds with accuracy about 25ft because of subsonic condition. What is the value of a Remington model 12A 22 CAL?

Why is China's military so strong?
1. Because they have beliefs. Chinese around the world or China had been humiliated for centuries and this is why the Chinese communist has a very strong will to protect their ethnicity because they do not want to get bullied anymore.
Once a wise man says, strong-willed will build a powerful world.
2. Yet speaking of military technology, China still 5 years behind USA. They are still lack of engineering fact but soon another 10-20 years, she might brings the Asia to modern world. And this is one of the reason why China military so strong, she does not like to fall behind the technology. They hate to lose.
3. Now China wants to take back what it belongs to her such as south china sea island, one of it will be the hottest news ever now, the Diayu Island/Sengaku. During the civil war of China and world war 2, Japan, Vietnam, India has taken most of the China lands such as the Diayu/Sengaku, some Vietnam islands and some place of India where India stole China's land during Chinese civil war. But China has taken back almost every land stolen by India and this brings shame to the Indian armies. Because Indian armies thought that they were invisible because of their advance weapon but they never thought that China would defeat them so easily. And so India changed their own history written that China humiliated them. This raged China, the citizens said "We never blame you for your greed but yet you turn around the bush and bite us back" and so China build 5000 missiles facing New Delhi.
4. If you observe carefully, almost everything in the media is talking bad about China. This is because USA and India want China to fall and let everyone thinks that China is a dangerous place. They said Chinese go cheap labor, cheat and kill their own child. But why is no one talking about the child labor, child slave in India? Why is no one talking about when USA company in China use cheap material to build toys and poisoned some child? They even blame China but not their own USA company. They spread the media through the whole world. How ridicules is India and USA. And from this China knows that, once war started, these 2 countries might want to sink China. To prevent this happening, China hide their own military technology and shows only half of it.
Bonus.
In 1947, every countries said China will be low standard country forever. And when China rise, every people were jealous on her success. Everyone says China products were useless. But of course, if you want cheap price then you get the cheap quality.
Is not because China is communist so they focus on military. China no longer a communist. They are now democratic but with the tittle of communist. This is what the Chinese says. " Chinese Communism form a new democratic system, a nation with hopes to save the chaos of the world"
What is a 1888 commission rifle worth?
Depends on a few things. What kind of condition is it in? Which version of Gew 88 is it? Is it an unmodified, original German configuration, or is it a turked 88/05 or maybe even the rarer 88/14.
Which arsenal is it from, what's the date & more importantly, is it all matching numbers?
Gew 88 are not particularly valuable & can be bought for $100 to $175 for one in average condition while a mint condition all matching one would fetch around $250 - $275
