If you're asking if sit ups will cause a miscarriage, generally they won't -- especially early in the pregnancy. But everyone is different. Everyone's bodies are different. If you experience any stomach pains or bleeding, contact your doctor! If you don't even know you are pregnant it is very doubtful that doing situps would harm the baby. But they might hurt you. You shouldn't do situps as they are bad for the back (pregnant or not). abdominal crunches are what you should be doing.

I wish I knew this answer myself. As of late, I have wondered deeply if I am in the same position. My whole life, I have experienced what I can only describe as paranormal events. Many times, I would be confused by her late at night, for she is the same height as my wife. Thinking that I was making too much noise and had awaken her. I noticed she was more active when I was dishonest or fighting with my wife, as well. She would shake the bed occasionally at night time as well. I never could figure it out.

I have also experienced many of events that has occurred, but too many to list. This last one happened yesterday, which prompted me to start searching for answers, finally. I experienced negative energy in a manner that I have never experienced before. This isn't the first time, I've felt something while entering this room, but it was the first time the energy was strong, and seemed to be giving me a warning. I can't really explain it. It was giving me a sign of impending doom, and what concerned me was my youngest daughter was playing alone in that room. I don't know and can't explain what exactly happened last night, but it put me on high alert. When I returned to that room, later that evening, I didn't get the same sense... it was like nothing was there. I can't explain it, and I too am looking for answers.

I think you had a nuchal scan, done at around 12 weeks. This measures the fluid at the back of the neck and MAY, only MAY be an indication of Down's syndrome. You will probably be offered an amniocentesis which will give a diagnosis. A friend of mine had twins, both of whom had positive signs. She had a double amnio, both of which were negative and her babies are fine, (now about 1 year old)

I wanted to add to this- I believe i had one, and they only reason i believe this was because i would gush blood then it would stop, and at the very beginning of my period i passed a 3 inch blood clot. and when i would bleed it would be very short bleeding followed by a few hours of not bleeding. The blood was also Bright Red at first, then tapered off to brown.

Sounds like someone is feeding you an old wives tale. It wouldn't be healthy for you to attempt it. It could cause you permanent damage to kidneys and liver.

Swollen, tender breasts can be the first sign of pregnancy. It was for me, but I just though it was a little worse than usual and I was getting my period lol.

are you try to get rid of the baby? just go to a planned parenthood, its much more safer that way. becareful, if you are using over the counter drugs in an attempt to get rid of the baby and you are unsucessful, then you could end up with a child that has mental and physical defects. be responsible and go to a clinic.

Your breasts are lactating. (producing milk). If you find that you're experiencing discomfort consult with your health-care provider who can prescribe something to help dry up the milk.

As we do not have sufficient medical history regarding term, date of miscarriage in relation to the time you're asking this question, etc., it is advisable that you practice birth control now. If you were not receiving antenatal care, it may also be advisable to have a pelvic exam and blood-work to ensure all possibilities are covered in relation to the miscarriage.

Unfortunatley a non-viable pregnancy is a pregnancy that has occurred but for some medical reason will not last or carry to term... Such pregnancies could be that the embnryo implanted elsewhere than in the uterus and such... Sometimes it happens so soon in the pregnancy the woman doesn't even know she is pregnant... And know most pregnancies only spontaneously abort (or miscarry) because of a good medical reason...

This is the term used to describe a pregnancy that is destined to end in miscarriage. It can be used to describe a chemical pregnancy, or blighted ovum. It means you need to get to the hospital A.S.A.P. for your babies safety and yours. Nobody can say whether you did or didn't but that's not normal.
