If you are just concerned with playing the game, its nearly impossible to find a working arcade cabinet that is in public. The last time I found one was nearly 4 years ago.

The legal way to play the game is to find a working board, working hard drive, and a JAMMA enclosure. Again research using Ebay. "killer instinct pcb" should net you some results.

And its illegal unless you own the board, but you can find Killer Instinct 1 and 2 both emulated (provided you have a fairly fast Windows PC) MAME is the emulator software, but good luck finding the "roms" and the hard drive image.
