There are many good review courses out there. The best in my opinion is CPAexcel. They are the the only company who is constantly updated via their online/offline environment. I used Kaplan CPA Review and the course was ok but I did not fare well on the exam until I utilized CPAexcel than I passed all four parts in the next 2 testing windows.

I have heard some positive and negative comments from friends regarding the Becker course but I did not use it as it was too expensive for my budget.

Mascots are important because they inspire school spirit. Mascots are also entertaining and get the crowd pumped up for the games.

Thension crack is generated by the difference in shear movement along the failure surface or slip plane. It formed in the upper slope face before the major failure surface appeared. So, the total shear resistance and thus the safety factor will reduce after this tension crack developement. However, this tension crack will stop developing when it reaches a critical depth. And, a new tension crack will develope behind that previous crack.

Actually, I believe 1900 may be able to get you into NYU and possibly even UCLA if you have a high GPA and outstanding EC's and admission letter. But Yale won't accept a 1900.

I think you do have a chance of Yale with a 1900. Did some research myself and some students there have done 1900 or less on their SAT's. It lowers your chances but does not rule you out.

although if you are a senior this year and you applied, they have sent out some emails to some students about admission, (it doesn't say congrats, but rather an indirect, you're in!) but that's only for some people, i hear... so... April 1st xD

The NYU mascot is the bobcat. It was introduced in 1984. The mascot prior to this was the violet, introduced in 1983.
