Ninja didn't wear armor; however, some people, such as Stephen Hayes in his book Mystic Arts of the Ninja, have suggested that ninja sometimes wore the armor of a samurai as a disguise. There is no evidence that historical ninja limited themselves to all-black suits either. In modern times, camouflage based upon dark colors such as dark red and dark blue can be used to give better concealment at night. Some cloaks may have been reversible: dark colored on the outside for concealment during the night, and white colored on the inside for concealment in the snow. Some ninja may have worn the same armor or clothing as samurai or Japanese peasants. The stereotypical ninja that continually wears easily identifiable black outfits (shinobi shozoku) comes from the Kabuki Theater. Prop handlers would dress in black and move props around on the stage. The audience would obviously see the prop handlers, but would pretend they were invisible. Building on that willing suspension of disbelief, ninja characters also came to be portrayed in the theater as wearing similar all-black suits. This either implied to the audience that the ninja were also invisible, or simply made the audience unable to tell a ninja character from many prop handlers until the ninja character distinguished himself from the other stagehands with a scripted attack or assassination. Ninja boots (jiki-tabi)like much of the rest of Japanese footwear from the time, have a split-toe design that improves gripping and wall/rope climbing. They are soft enough to be virtually silent. Ninja also attached special spikes to the bottoms of the boots called ashiko. More of these spikes were attached to make the ninja tracks look less human, with these spikes being called ashiaro. The actual head covering suggested by Sōke Masaaki Hatsumi (in his book The Way of the Ninja: Secret Techniques) utilizes what is referred to as sanjaku-tenugui, (three-foot cloths). It involves the tying of two three-foot cloths around the head in such a way as to make the mask flexible in configuration but securely bound. Some wear a long robe, most of the time dark blue (紺色 kon'iro) for stealth.

Historians know that ninjas were covert operatives in Japan during the medieval period known as the Sengoku period. They were skilled in espionage, sabotage, and guerrilla warfare. However, due to the secretive nature of their activities, much of what is known about them is based on folklore, legends, and later fictionalized accounts rather than concrete historical records.

If they met where the ninja had the element of surprise or perhaps in some kind of wide open arena where there were no other threats, he could simply wear the knight down until the opportunity to strike a vulnerable spot came along. But if they met in a castle with restricted movement or in a battle where the ninja couldn't just play cat & mouse all day, the knight is better equipped.

Imagine the energy reaching out and touching things in front of you. Let its energy flow through body; get accustomed to how it feels. Then, bring everything back into the chakra itself, but imagine it still as a large ball. "Tell" it to stay open, and be receptive.

Move on to the next chakra, and repeat the process. This will open up each chakra in time. Just working with them in general opens them up dramatically. But start with the root, and work your way up. Just because the third eye, or crown, may sound more appealing in what they offer than the root, it is essential that you begin with the root and work your way up.

Yes, Ninjitsu practitioners still practice and teach their arts today. The arts are based upon traditional techniques and modern techniques. The most prestigious practitioners are located in Japan. The traditional provinces are the Iga Province and the former Koga province. If you are looking to learn from the best, you will need to expect to dedicate years of service to learn the arts of ninjitsu. Western schools also offer the modern pay for classes transaction though.

The sword could also help the ninja to gain some extra height if he needed to climb a wall by leaning the weapon up against it. The ninja could then step onto its hilt and loop the suspensory cord around his foot so that when he climbed the wall he could pull the sword up. To learn ninja moves, I suggest you take martial arts training, either online or with a group. It's good idea to enroll in 'karate' or 'tae kwon do' classes to learn how to engage in physical combat without geting hurt.

Sword fighting skills can be learned, in time, by taking kendo or fencing.

Then, IF you master those arts, you may be ready to train to become an awesome NINJA!

The moves themselves can be easily transitioned from the fields of gymnastics and Parkour. Strength, stamina, and agility are the key elements. Fexibility is equivalent to speed, so remember to workout properly AND... privately.
