What kind of training do you need to become a cooper?

Would depend on the country, but, I assume you mean UK as you said 'copper' which is colloquial for Police Officer. Firstly, you must familiarize yourself with the application form. This is the first thing that they will see you about you. Spelling and grammar must be perfect. If it says use black pen, use black pen only. Once you have done that, you will then be invited to a fitness test and a mental test consisting of basic test which will test the level of your fitness and your mental capabilities. You will also have to pass a medical form a doctor they choose. Before you go for these tests, whilst in the process of filling out the application form (as it should take you a week or two to fill it out), you should start to go to the gym (if needed) and work on overall fitness levels. Also try puzzle games, crosswords, word searches etc to get your brain used to being challenged.

Once these have passed, you will be asked to an interview. If you pass this, you will start your training, then you will be on probation for two years. No formal qualifications are needed, but things like GCSE's in English and Maths will work in your favour, as will a college course in Public Services.

Is there help for young single mothers under 18?

Answer

Yes. Depending on where you are, you can search for support services in your local phonebook. Even some churches can provide services and housing for teen mothers. Your first stop, though, should be to the local YWCA or YMCA. They will have staff on hand to give you the help you need and connect you to the right resources.

There are also places that you can go to for financial support. One of these places is WIC if you are in America (see related link). In Britain, you can receive benefits and child benefits for your child once you are 16. If you are still in education in Britain, you can receive the EMA (Education Maintenance Allowance) which is up to £30 per week. There are also services such as CAP and Payplan in Britain to help with with things such as budgeting and bill payments. In America, each state and city etc. has its own way of financially supporting young, single mothers.

Also:

In most states you can call UnitedWay's 211, or find it online, and they will also be able to help you with finding any kind of services that are in your area.

What is a negative aspect of being a judge?

Well, it is VERY difficult to even become a Judge. You have to first attend Law School and become an Attorney (the more experience, the better) (Law school takes typically 7 years) So let's say you're an Attorney for 5 years. That's 12 years right there. Then, to become a Judge you have to do many things (can't remember, but it's a laundry list) and the city has to vote for you to become the Judge. You never know what competition is with you, so all that training could lead to you not being voted in as the Judge. it would obviously be 1000x more difficult if you tried becoming a Judge in a major/large city - such as Manhattan, Denver, Tampa, etc. Becoming a Judge in a smaller city would be easier, but like I said - to get to the point is tough. You must have tons of time on your hands.
