5)and UNCHECK THE BOX that says "Copy Music Files to Itunes Folder when adding to Librabry"

What ends up happening is that Most likely your Files our from another source like your CD's, lime wire. so the files are saved onto 1 folder,so when you add them to itunes "itunes" make a separate copy of the file,and adding it to the "itune Music" folder,thus you end up with 2 copys of the same song.You can Just uncheck that property,and it won't make a separate copy.

Alternately, if you're dealing with more copies, it might be Itunes trying to organize your music files. It makes three copies to organize itself better (although I've noticed no difference not having the extra copies.) You can prevent this by opening Itunes:

Advanced

Uncheck the box that says "Keep Itunes music folder organized."

Although this will be a moot point if you do not want Itunes to copy your files in the first place, as shown above.

The places to download music for kids karaoke are many and varied. The best place to start would be the mp3 section of the Amazon website. You can either download single songs or whole albums.

your iPod does register with itunes, just go to www.apple.com/itunes

and download the itunes program to your computer... then when its downloaded then you plug in your iPod and rip a CD onto the itunes by just putting a CD into your computer and click rip or it will rip automatically for you =)

it's quite simple, in three easy steps.. all you do is :

1: have itunes and limewire open together so you can see both of them at the same time.

Actually, a lot of people have been asking me this question lately. And the answer is yes. Just go to the iTunes Store. You will see "Music." Right of that is Movies. Click that and you will see movies that iTunes offers. They are usually $15.00-$35.00. If it's new, I'm not sure. I hope that helped you. :)

Sony mp3 players tend to be only compatible with PC (windows-based computers). Make sure you have one of those, first! If any discs came, install them! Most of the time you plug in a cable and your computer recognizes the device. It might turn on automatically when plugged in, but if it doesn't, turn it on.

If you're looking for a specific source, downloading programs such as "Kazaa" or "Ares" have a "Shared Folder" in which your songs are stored. These should be dragged to the folder or source that opens when you plug in your device.

It should be mentioned some of the Sony MP3 Players require you to use special software and likely you can't just drag and drop in windows explorer like we would all hope and expect. The one i have experience with is 1gb that plays MP3 , WMA , WAV , ATRAC3 , ATRAC3plus, has an FM tuner and built in USB plug.

You should be able to use most any app that support portable devices for example in Windows Media player you go through your playlist or add the songs you want to a playlist then click SYNC at the top right click the song you want and click 'Add to Sync' then when your done selecting click START SYNC. You may have to add your music collection to WindowsMediaPLAYER if you're like me you never use it. I THINK Winamp and Sonic will let your SYNC your player but i am quite sure iTunes will not.

You can listen to music for free by downloading Spotify. It's a free piece of software that allows you to listen to any song (but there are adverts)

When I need to download a song, I use 'Free You Tube to MP3 Converter' because it is free, easy and lets you download the backing track to YouTube videos.

If I want television theme songs I use televisiontunes.com. That allows you to type in any TV theme and download, listen or send it to your phone.

All these are legal as long as you only use them for personal use. I would recommend just going out and buying a CD, as that is risk free and they aren't to expensive.

You can listen to music at school using earphones that will be connected to your preferred device like a MP3 player, iPod, phone and so on. You should only listen to music during free time and not while class is in session.

Go to "My Computer" and go to the "Downloads" file folder. You should see the downloaded music in there.
