That's a hard question to answer. If it hurts on one side, be carefull. You can be pregnant and still have a light period, like not having to wear a tampon or pad. This can happen in the first month. If you don't get your period next month and if it is alot lighter then see a doctor. But until now just take it easy. Sometimes you can get really bad cramps. That's probably all it is. You are listening to a 21yo who has had 2 ovarian tortions (where the blood supply tube twists and the ovary dies) having to get one removed. I don't believe it does. in fact I think it can cause stomach noise. I have had awful stomach noises and been embarrassed in public so I stopped taking Metamucil and so far the sounds have stopped. Stomach nose comes from too much gas which can be caused by Metamucil or other foods.

Yes you could be pregnant and the brown spotting could be implantation bleeding. If it is implantation bleeding then this means the egg has only now implanted in your uterus and began releasing HCG. In this case you cant do a home pregnancy test for another 2 weeks. Alternatively see your doctor for a blood test which is highly accurate. You can do the blood test now.

I have been in your exact position. I had bad morning sickness with my little boy and then withthe next pregnancy a couple of days of sickness and then nothing at all. My gut feeling was that things were not right so I requested and scan and just as i thought the baby had not developed and 4 weeks later I passed the embryo. YOu are only 6 weeks and morning sickness would only just start to show up now - it might still happen yet, although not likey beyond week 8-10 asit rarely starts beyond these points.

You have been pregant before therefor my biggest advice to you is trust your instinct - if you really feel all is not well and youhave an abscence of other early pregnancy symptoms such as tiredness, breast tenderness, darkening nipple area and frequent urination then I would see you Dr and request a scan for peace of mind if nothing else.

No if you are pregnant the uterus is closed so the lining is still in there. Some spotting can still be during the pregnancie though but not heavy bleeding. If you are worried go to your doctor.

If you had a miscarriage & are still experiencing pregnancy symptoms, then this can be caused by HCG still remaining in your system. Or alternatively you may of conceived again. See your doctor for a blood test & Im very sorry for your loss.

Odds are it's too early for a pregnancy test to detect pregnancy. You can also still get your period and be in conception. Time will tell. Your doctor can offer a test that can detect earlier than your over-the-counter preg. tests. Just try not to worry, and take each day at a time. It will all be revealed in due time.

you can take a hpt as soon as you are a day late on your period which could be hard to tell as you have just had a baby. if you think that you may be late then take the test.

You are very unlikely to get pregnant during your period as the ovum (egg) was released two weeks before and will have passed out of the body long before and the lining of the uterus (which the fertilised egg embeds in) is no longer there.
