What is proverb of plastic pollution?
There's no solution to this pollution! Plastic is everywhere. Is there anywhere you can go in any large city or near any small town and not see plastic bags littering the environment? And consider the Great Pacific Garbage Patch. It's a marine gyre larger than the state of Texas, and it has high concentrations of oceanic litter that is mostly floating plastic. How are we supposed to clean that up? A link is provided below.
How do you overcome the problem of water pollution?
Water remains one of our primary resources, vital to our survival on Earth, yet water pollution is happenning. How can we avoid and possibly stop it? Ignorance is the main factor. Knowledge on ways of preventing water pollution and its effects on human health should be spread more widely. Tighter laws should be legislated and existing laws ammended to curb illegal dumping of trash and poisonous chemical wastes into water sources. Waste materials must be disposed off properly. * Daily household rubbish can be buried or thrown away neatly in plastic bags, to be sent to special rubbish collecting areas. * Faeces have to be sent to treatment tanks. * Industrial wastes should be treated before disposal, to make sure the substances are harmless. * Stuff like glass, paper, plastic and metal can be recycled. Excess use of insecticides and chemical fertilizers should be avoided as far as possible.
How can pollution be diminished?
The tundra region is a biome of natural species, commonly found in the Arctic and Antarctic regions. Pollution in the tundra is as a result of wilderness tourism where visitors to certain tundra region exploits the area and left a rubbish dump behind. In order to reduce the pollution, or completely alleviated the problem, cruise ships to those areas should impose restrictions on the tourists they are carrying. The carrying capacity should be limited for a higher price, and tourists should be restricted to access certain areas in the Tundra.
The transportation of oil and its activity can also impact the pollution levels in tundra regions. An example is the largest oil spill in 1989 by an Exxon Valdez tanker, destroying fishing waters and polluting the coastline. Oil companies should adapt an emergency response such as situations to reduce its polluting effects. Eventually, the cleanup of the area was completed by 1992.
What is the different causes of water pollution?
the water pollution leads to scarcity of water for future generations. and a day will come on which we cant see even one drop of water in our earth. so we must conserve the water by using in limit .and also we must think about our future generations . so we must conserve our resources
Whom does water pollution affect?
The creatures that live in the water. Like fish and coral and seaweed and other life.
What are the causes of water and air pollution?
Water pollution is cause by:
-the human activity: like when they thrown something away especially in to the water....
-the factory: cause when they flown the water waste in to the river, the sea....
Air pollution is cause by:
-burning: forest burning, oil burning(running machine), transportation, factory and so on.
so we can say air pollution cause from smoke.....
There will always be pollution, pollutants are given off by natural sources such as volcanoes. Plants needs C02 which is considered a pollutant and would die without it. Humans need Oxygen which trees give off but there would be no trees. No pollution would be the end to life as we know it.
Is it expensive to stop polluting?
yes polutiong cost money to begin with, now to take it back you must use solar panels, hydrogen power which are both very expensive
How is the wetland of bleskopspruit water quality threatened by pollution?
The water quality of the Bleskopspruit wetland is threatened by pollution from agricultural runoff, industrial discharges, and urban wastewater, which introduce harmful chemicals and nutrients into the ecosystem. These pollutants can lead to nutrient overload, causing algal blooms that deplete oxygen levels and harm aquatic life. Additionally, contaminants can disrupt the delicate balance of the wetland's biodiversity and compromise its ability to filter and purify water. As a result, both the ecological health of the wetland and the quality of water for surrounding communities are at risk.
Yes, glassine bags are biodegradable. Glassine is manufactured by a process called calendering. After pulping and drying sheets are passed through rollers so that the paper fibers are flattened out and facing in the same direction. To maximize the smoothness and thinness of the paper the glassine goes through this process several times. Since glassine is made of only paper it is biodegadable. Why is protecting ground water from pollutions important?
It is important to keep the groundwater from pollution because it is a good source of drinking water for people. Plants, animals, and people all depend on having clean drinking water.

What environmental impact does mining cause?
Many people know that extracting metal ores from the ground damages the ground, and makes it hard for things to be grown on the ground because it has been disturbed, and soil has been removed. Also it could lead to land collapses and means that the land could collapse on villages. Also pollution could be made due to the burning furnaces which could be a contribution to global warming. There are many things that could disrupt the environment, as well as minor things, like washing the ores and leaving behind poisonous waste products.
When society requires that firms reduce pollution?
A trade-off because of reduced incomes to the firms' owners and workers.
Are hybrids good for the environment?
Hybrids technically pollue the environment because of the recharging. You plug it in the power point at home and it uses up alot of energy just like using a dryer of somthing like that at home. But it would be nice to have a hybrid. Not!

How longs does it take for a plastic can to break down?
According to Penn State University, a plastic bag takes 10 to 20 years to decompose, where as a plastic container takes 50 to 80 years to decompose. The worse though is a plastic soda bottle. A plastic soda bottle takes 450 years to decompose! All of these types of plastics are recyclable however. This is just another reason why recycling should be done by everyone.
