It doesn't The 'Ozone Layer' does, this is a layer of 03(subscript 3) which is above the troposphere and works by maintaining an equilibrium with its conversion to 02(subscript 2) and by deflecting ultra-violet radiation and filtering out short-wave radiation.

How dangerous is it for a seven year old to be a lacrosse goalie?
Playing the goalie position for any sport can be a danger. However, in a seven year old league, the likeliness of a child getting hurt is moderate. Most kids, if they can get the ball to the goal at this age, will probably take a more "wild" shot and not really care how the ball enters the goal, as long as it does. Whenever you play goalie in a sport, there is always the possibility of getting hit. However a seven year old probably couldn't really cause any damage due to their newness to the game and the undeveloped shooting skills they would have.
It depends... if the seven year old is playing in a seven year old league, then probably not, although if they get hit by the ball, it will probably really hurt them. If the seven year old is playing with older kids, then he/she will probably end up getting hurt though, unless the person has good accuracy and can avoid the goalie.

How to treat my toy poodle ear is bothering him you used a q tip a brownish fluid came out on q tip?
Try to avoid using a Q tip. The dogs ear is extremely sensitive and doesn't follow the same shape as the human ear and Q-tips can easily do more harm than good.
My main concern is whether or not your poodle has a ear infection.
Symptoms of a ear infection are:
If you notice any of the above symptoms, then you must take your dog to a Veterinarian. Do not worry, as a ear infection is not expensive unless it is severe and extra testing is required. Usually a course of antibiotics is required, either tablet form or by ear drops. In a few days your dog will feel relief and a lot better with his ear, but you must complete the course of treatment for it to be effective otherwise the infection may return with a vengeance.
Now, if the above symptoms do not apply to your dog, then the brownish fluid may be ear wax. If it is ear wax, it is easily treated at home by following the method below.
1) You will need olive oil and cotton wool.
2) Remove all hair from inside of the ear canal. You do not need to remove hair from outside the ear canal. So basically, the hole in the middle of your poodles ear must be free from hair.
3) Apply 2-3 drops of olive oil into each ear. After you have applied the drops into the first ear, tilt the ear up for 10 seconds so the olive oil drips into the ear canal and then gently rub the lower ear between your fingers. You will here a squishy sound. When you hear this, it means the olive oil is in the right place. After you have done this, follow the same procedure in the second ear.
4) You can leave the olive oil in the ear over night as it usually loosens more wax when it's left inside the ear canal for longer. However, it's perfectly up to you and you may prefer to remove any debris within one or two hours.
5) Wet some cotton wool with tepid water and squeeze out any excess water so it is damp rather than dry or soaking wet. After you have done this, gently and thoroughly wipe out any wax debris from inside your dogs ear. Do this to both ears.
The above method will remove any ear wax. You may need to repeat the olive oil treatment every week or twice a week until the excess wax has cleared up. Remember a certain amount of wax is normal but if there is a lot of wax then follow the above method. If the above method has no effect on the ear wax, then I would recommend you make a appointment as your Vet incase your dog has ear mites.
I hope this helped you.
What is the size of a Apricot Toy Poodle?
If your poodle is a toy it should be 10 inches or under. If it's up to 15 inches it's a miniature. Standard poodles are 15 1/2 inches to 27 inches tall from the floor to the top of their back (which is the shoulder point).

Why does your poodle pull out your grass?
A puppy might do it because it is bored, or experimenting. An adult dog might do it because it feels sick - eating grass makes them vomit, to get rid of whatever is inside them that is making them feel unwell.
